So I again tried their 14.99 oil change because the last one wasn’t bad just workers lying about something needing fixing ASAP. I will NEVER take my car there again. I decided to get their fluids topper for an additional $ 3. Everything seemed fine until my husband opened the hood to change one of our headlights the other day. Every cap was off all the fluids and oil tank. Our coolant was bone dry as well which my husband pointed out there was no way they topped it off. This time I’m calling their complaint line.
Check out the other reviews listed under the «not currently recommended» section. While I was waiting some weird stuff was going on that was similar to these reviews. Also again there was no wait because no one was in the waiting area… This speaks volumes as the Calvertsexpress in Raytown had a full waiting area when I tried to take it there!
