Brian in service was awesome. Everyone else I spoke with was polite, helpful and friendly. Can’t say enough about their customer service. My car was towed and they fixed it in two days… they are now my dealer. Great experience under stressfull circumstances.

Very impressed w the level of service I was given today from Troy over at the Service dept. From start to finish. Will be back.

Had my truck serviced at valvoline a few months back and they gave me a laundry list of things like low on freon, battery checked bad etc. I was really irritated as it was still under warranty and bob sight was the only ones that had serviced it, so I went in and spoke to Tom Sight and the service manager (chad) and voiced my feelings over that and the fact that my leather seats had to be replaced and we’re not even close to being the quality of my previous 2005. I told them I was not happy with the Eco boost that had ran rough since I got it, the fuel economy was poor and the sync didn’t work all the time. I also told them that I thought their fix to put a restictor plate over the innercooler had compromised the performance of my truck and that I thought their service had gone down hill. In short I thew a fit, and I later felt bad enough that I called and left an apology on Tom sights voice mail when I didn’t get him. I’m not saying I like my truck, but most of the issues are because ford cheapened it up. I had been told that if I ever needed anything to go to Dave the shop manager and after reading some on line forums over the Eco Boost issues, I went in to ask a couple questions from Dave and was told I should have bought a V8, that all ecoboost’s ran rough and that my gas mileage would really be bad if I towed something and that it «was just a six cylinder» I was floored by this response and I told him he had a big pair to talk to me like that after I had paid extra to buy an ecoboost. Please know, I stoped in to simply ask a question, and this is what I got.
I realized he was upset and had basically had his way with me because Chad (service manager) was on vacation. I also felt bad and decided it wasn’t worth someone losing their job as I admittedly felt I had been out of line. Not to Dave, but to Chad and Tom, and I suspected Dave would not own up to the abuse he had delt me and I decided to let it go.
I went in the other day and I was explaining to a service guy that my passenger air bag was not working and at the same time I was getting a message that something was too close to the passenger seat when there was nothing there. The service guy suggested that he would get Dave and I declined after my previous experience and Chad stuck his head out of his office and said they could look up a code. I decided if I was going to continue with these guys I would have to be able to work with them and I told Chad I think we should talk. He then asked why I was always in his office and proceeded to be as rude as Dave.
I’ve bought three new truck from bob sight and I will never buy another! I suspect we will all do just fine without each other!

For 25 years we’ve purchased new and used cars from Bob Sight Ford and had them cared for by the Bob Sight Service Department team. We live more than 20 miles away from the dealership. But I wouldn’t go anywhere else! Right now our «fleet» includes five cars. I handle most of the servicing and maintenance for those cars. Without exception, each purchase and servicing experience at Bob Sight has exceeded my expectations. I trust the Service Advisors and appreciate their patience and kind consideration… and, when necessary, good humor! They’ve helped me to keep new and used cars in good shape without unnecessary expense. Owners, managers, sales and service professionals are all focused on the customer experience. Every time I’m there usually more than one Bob Sight associate thanks me and tells me how much they appreciate my business.

This is a good ford dealership. Full lot of cars, friendly sales people and all around good experience. The service center is also super quick and really clean for a mechanic shop.

We purchased a Transit about a two months ago (Used) and because our regular mechanic doesn’t work on transmissions we brought it into the dealership. I already knew that there was a problem with the transmission but they still were going to charge $ 120 DOLLARS to tell me something I already knew. «The Transit needed a new transmission».
It took them 24 hrs of having our vehicle before the diagnoses, then the sticker shock. $ 3900+ to replace and it could be more so the quote wasn’t even capped. I called Precision and they would do it for a thousand less and they didn’t charge $ 120 for the diagnoses lesion learned. I don’t mind spending extra if I truly receive more, but this was a classic case of dealer overpricing. Shame on you guys, shame.

Todd in service took outstanding care of my wife’s Focus wagon. Several times since that visit I’ve ordered parts, and the parts were as promised, when promised. I did not feel any pressure to have unnecessary work done or upsell in the service department. When I’m in the market for a new car, will definitely give these guys a shot based on my service and parts experience.

We trust the guys up here and think they do a good job with our cars.

I’ve been taking my vehicles to Bob Sight Ford for several years now. I had my transmission replaced on my old Escape several years ago and was very happy with the service. Of course it was a transmission so it was expensive but I used one of their on-​line coupons (every little bit helps). The service guys are super friendly. I went to buy a car from them when I wanted to get rid of the Escape but the sales man I talked to acted like he really didn’t care if we bought a car there or not. It was in the middle of summer so super hot outside. He rode around the lot in a golf cart and when we would ask to see a certain car he would point to it and say there’s one there, I’ll meet you there. Without having anyone look at my car he said the best trade in he would get me was $ 2k so we walked away. Ended up getting $ 7k for the trade somewhere else. But I do like their service department.
