We had tickets for a show at Fox theater on a Friday night and needed a spot for 6 of us to have a few drinks and some dinner. We made a reservation the day before and then… I went to Unilocal and was not surprised but disappointed by the many crappy reviews. I prepared myself for a terrible experience however from the moment we got to the host, I am happy to say we had a really nice time. The staff was all around nice and welcoming. We started at the bar where they have a decent tap selection. A few of us had beers, a few had STRONG mixed drinks. The mojitos were insanely strong. The Irish Mule was excellent and very refreshing. When we made our way to our table our waiter kept up the great service. The food… well my food was just ok but I wasn’t expecting much for a chain restaurant. I ordered the Little Rock burger. It definitely seemed frozen… it was just ok. The fries were surprisingly tasty though. I had the most hilarious encounter outside of the ladies room with a fellow patron… something about her friend being in the bathroom for an issue that I leave to your imagination. So, to recap, either their reading their reviews about the service lacking, or I happened to hit it on a great night where all of the servers we encountered(at least 10 of them) were spot freaking on.

I went to the hard Rock and was told happy hour drinks and half price appetizers are only at the bar. The bar is self service seating. The wait time for a table was about 15 min to open up. I find it horrible that happy hour drinks are«only at the bar.» This is a hard rock, not an upscale restaurant. That’s like Applebee’s or Fridays saying sorry no drink specials at your table now sit at the bar. The service was horrible. The food is nothing to brag about. The displays and settings are nice. That’s the only thing good this location has to offer. Save your money, head to Johnny rockets or eat off the hotels premises.

Worst service in the world. Nasty people that work there. Smelled like a Brothel and if not for the nice gentlemen in the gift shop they wouldn’t even receive 1 star. The bartender reminded me od someone on a power trip. Overall not even worth coming. Burger King is so much better.

Just stopped by for a quick drink but Lori(sp?) showed so much hospitality that we had a great time! We will definitely be back as long as they have such great employees.

Definitely a cool place with all the memorabilia. Service when we went there was horrible. We spent nearly two hours there just to have the combo appetizer. It was a saturday mid-afternoon and it was not busy. When we sat down it was ten minutes(at least) before a waitperson even came over to acknowledge us. We hardly saw her after that. The only time she moved quickly was when we put our credit card down on the bill to pay. The food was okay — but not worth the long wait.

Very disappointing experience. We were seated for two hours to get full service. The food made me sick and the smell of the restraunt was disgusting.

I like this spot, atmosphere is cool, food is really good, drinks are creative. Really one of the best spots to eat in all of Foxwoods, and that’s saying something. My group of friends and I got really friendly service. If your ever hungry in Foxwoods this is a good option.

A gem at a run down Foxwoods Casino. Our adult party of 5 all had the Legendary Burgers. All were cooked to our liking with perfectly seasoned fries and a tangy mayo. Draft beer selections were great too. Waitstaff was on point and were really friendly and helpful. Décor is interesting, inspired by over 50 yrs of music.

Very friendly staff and tasty dishes. Great atmosphere and located inside of the Foxwoods Casino. Did not wait for my food long at all. Very accommodating to large groups as well.

This is my second time here ordering take out and both times there were issues? First time was for my son and tonight was me. I ordered there nachos with no onions or jalapenos. Were at bingo my hubby went to pick it up. needless to say there were onions. i tried to call back difficult during bingo. Got the same girl who took the order to say it had onions. she asked what did i want to do about it? So i agreed for another go. Took forever to make my poor hubby stressing doing two books and he thought a possible winner but didnt know couldnt keep up. When i get back open RD2 no add on onions. but there are onions in the bean and tomatoe type dip they put on. if a customer stresses NO onions. you think the person taking order is knowledgeable in the menue? Nope… will not be back. and if you call an order… be prepared to not understand the options. no number to place an order. My hubbys burger was good he said. so it warrants the three star! Be warned. they dont pay attention in here

I came here on a visit to CT from Cali. Great place, great music, and dope ass service. Nicole was a bomb supervisor who knows her stuff and our server Jennifer is spot on. Definitely coming back when I visit again.

I came here late on a Sunday for some drinks since I had just had dinner. Our group sat at the bar and had a few drinks and dessert. There is something I find very comforting about The Hard Rock, I guess is as American as you get. The drinks were good and the service was fast.

I always choose to sit at the bar when I come here. The bartenders are always attentive and very kind. My boyfriend and I split the fajita meal usually with the steak and chicken. I’d recommend it, it’s always delicious. I’ve also tried a few other things including the haystack chicken salad which was very good. I can’t say I’ve had a bad meal here and have been coming here for years.

I hadn’t been to the Hard Rock in years. We are talking maybe 16 years or so, so my impression hadn’t changed much from the first time I went. It’s really the ambiance and nothing else here. You’ve never heard anybody say«Let’s go to Hard Rock tonight, I love the food!» because the food in all reality, ain’t that good. It’s sub-par. What they bank on here is that you’ll drink enough to ignore the glaringly obnoxious reality of the food — it’s just«ok.» My boyfriend got the Twisted Mac ‘n Cheese with Chicken. He likes it. Nothing spectacular. I ordered the Little Rock Burger with bacon. Just a smaller version of a big burger. I asked for the burger to be cooked medium. It was more toward the well done side but not overly dry. The fries and burger were warm at best. When our food was delivered, we asked for ketchup. Had to ask again. And had to ask for knives as well. Our waitress brought ONE. Is there a knife shortage? I wasn’t aware that we have to pay a cover charge to have more than one knife. Whatever. It’s the novelty I guess. $ 75 for lunch was a little steep. But, I’m putting it out there. Foxwoods food choices are SO limited it’s embarassing. Save yourself the trouble and just go to Mohegan. I would have had a better meal at Johnny Rockets if I’m being honest. Two and a half stars really but 3 because our waitress was very nice.

Burgers look good but the meat was not sizzling hot more like warm. Fries were great. Service was average. Honolulu Hard Rock outperforms in all Areas. Also the desert menu had nothing exciting.

I don’t see what the negative reviews wrote. Greeted at entrance, greeted upon seating at the bar, order taken immediately, drinks were made strong and well, food was as great as any other Hard Rock I have been to and exactly how I was expecting it to be, the bartenders we’re extremely attentive, and overall I had a great fulfilling visit. I’d absolutely go there again and again.

I went to the hard rock café Saturday night with 2 friends. We ordered an appetizer then our meals. 2 burgers and barbeque option with pulled pork brisket and baby back ribs. Our waiter Doug was friendly enough but when the food came out and a different server put the plates down one of my friends went to move his plate and burned his hand.(apparently the plate had been sitting under a heat lamp for a while) He let out a loud«OUCH». The server then told him to be careful, the plate was hot! Really??? Thanks! When I order BBQ I want corn bread, baked beans and coleslaw. Unfortunately, no corn bread here but I still ordered it. After a few minutes, our waiter came to check on us and see how everything was. I said«this BBQ was suppose to come with baked beans» he said, you’re right, let me go check and came back a couple of minutes later to tell me they were out of beans to which I replied, if I had known that, I would have ordered something else. He said«really?» UM… yes…really! The fries were not that fresh either. No offer was made for another side order, a free soda, coffee, dessert… nothing. When the bill arrived, it was $ 105 with no discount at all. Overall dining experience is 3 stars, but the way things were handled… zero stars. I filled out the survey on the receipt the next day explaining how dissatisfied we were and a manager wrote back saying he was sorry and would cover the stuff I brought up in my survey to the servers and staff and how he hoped we would give them another try. Maybe I am being too anal… but if you want to welcome someone back, who just spent over $ 100 and had a bad experience, you could offer a $ 10 gift certificate. Thanks for nothing… we wont be back sincerely, Tom

This is a really cool place to eat. They have a decent selection for food and drinks. Definitely a good place for couples and groups. Great décor and ambiance. I like how it’s on a different level from the casino floor itself, kind of set down and away a bit. Everywhere you turn there is something new to look at. Great place. I need to go back again soon

First off, I will say that our server was awesome(Michelle, maybe?) Knowing we were there to drink, she helped guide us around the drink menu and how to drink more for less money. Also, at the end of our meal she went out of her way to see if any of us had a AAA card to save a few bucks. Out of 7 people, no one had any complaints about our meals. The drinks were definitely a bit on the sweet side, but what else do you expect from a chain restaurant bar? It was our friend’s birthday, so they did the whole screaming & giving them a shot gimmick which was fun and made for good memories. Good vibes, good music, and a very nice layout!
