Holiday Inn Express & Suites Frazier Park

So another stay here for the family. Forgot to mention that house keeping lady was very very helpful. Slept in till about 2 or 3 and called front desk if it was still possible for room to be picked up. Desk said a little late but I could get my own towels. Walked out to Hall and there she was. Forgot her name but older Hispanic gal. She offered to not only tidy up room, but to get towels as well. It’s little things like that make a stay worthwhile.

Spent the night here so that we could get an early jump on Sledding. The room was very clean. The service was very good.
They served breakfast in the morning and had a nice variety of items to choose from.
I used the treadmill in the gym, and they also had a pool (to cold) and a hot tub available.

Due to travel plans changing I arrived at the hotel at 3am the night before my stay. I asked if I could pay an early check in fee and start my stay early. The hotel was almost empty and no one else would have booked the room I took but they were very cold and rude and looked at me like my request was ridiculous. They said they would have to charge me full price and I would need to change rooms the next day! The parking lot only had a few cars in it. Why! After some pleading the agreed to charge me full price and let me stay in the same room for that night and the next day.
During the next 12 hours they came and pounded on my room 3 times, waking myself and my wife up telling us we didn’t have a reservation and we needed to leave the room! This is ridiculous. Each time I explained what happened and asked for them not to interrupt us. I was so upset that I checked out after we woke up and didn’t stay the next night. I asked for a refund for the night I didn’t stay and they refused. I asked to get in contact with the hotel manager multiple times and they didn’t let me and he still hasn’t contact me! Worst hotel stay ever!

This hotel would have been a good experience but was ruined by the customer service.
The good:
— The room was clean and was not dated.
— The shower was perfectly fine.
— The room had no bad odors.
— Exterior of hotel was modern.
— Right off the freeway.
— Wifi fast enough for netflix.
The bad:
— Was quoted $ 120 online after taxes, for some reason I chose to call and book (big mistake). Booked and was told $ 120 after taxes on phone. Next morning on checkout the charges are $ 138 after taxes. ???
— Told the front desk employee the situation and he gave no f*cks, said not my problem since I didn’t have the phone call recorded.
Anyway, I would say pass on this one but if you do choose to stay here, always BOOK ONLINE.

Like night and day from the LAX Holiday Inn. This hotel is conveniently located right off I-​5 in Lebec, Ca. When you first get off the exit, you really see nothing but truck stops and trucks everywhere but tucked over in the corner is the holiday inn.
The facility looks pretty new and is very eye appealing. The hotel is very clean and warm upon walking in. Lester, at the front desk is really friendly and welcoming and gets you checked in quickly.
The rooms are very spacious, and there is a mini fridge located inside so you can bring snacks, drinks or leftovers. The bed is comfy and clean and there is even a little packet of make up remover for the women.
You get a complimentary hot breakfast and coffee in the mornings and there is also a business center, fitness center, pool and spa. Wifi is also provided complimentary in every room.
I highly recommend this hotel if you are passing through town! You won’t be disappointed with your stay.

Awesome place to stay. Lester at the front desk is AWESOME! He helped us out a lot! Give that man a raise!!!

During a long drive down to LA, we decided to stay a night at the Holiday Inn Express to break up the drive. The hotel and the rooms were clean and we had a comfortable stay. The breakfast had a decent selection and satisfied our hunger until lunch. I wish I could have used their pool but it was way too cold.
The only thing not up to par was the check in and out process. The wait was longer than expected for both instances. They also did not have the bathroom amenities they state that they would have.
