Business Owner

Erick has 15+ compiled years of experience in Franchise Consulting, Corporate Sales, Marketing, Digital and Print Advertising, Training, Leadership, Residential Mortgages, Banking, Investing, Food & Beverage and Health & Wellness. He has worked for companies such as DexMedia, ServPro, Aramark, Amerisave Mortgage and Countrywide Home Loans. Erick has a Masters Degree in Leadership & Business Ethics from Duquesne University. Erick also received his B.S. in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Temple University. Erick also served 12 yrs in the PA Air National Guard where he was assigned to the 193^rd Special Operations Wing. He served as an MWR specialist and ended his part-​time career as the Wing Fitness Manager for the 193^rd SOW. He was responsible for overseeing a U.S. Air Force directed fitness program. The program comprised of roughly 1,500 non-​active and active duty member’s in Pennsylvania.

Erick is married to his wife Justine Rittle and is expecting their first child in June!
