If you are curious to know how excellent customer service in retail looks like, visit Brighton at Town Center. These gals know how to make a customer feel welcome. The selection is excellent and they wrap up every purchase in a beautiful bag with tissue and a ribbon. Go there for gifts for any woman on your list. They have jewelry, accessories, purses and all kinds of other fun Brighton items. Usually, they also give me a mini bottled water and a cookie on the way out! Seriously wonderful place to shop. You’ll love it.

I love this store. I first learned about Brighton when I got a super cute wristlet and earrings from here for Christmas. Upon receiving my gift I ran over to see what else they had at the Leawood location. I have been addicted ever since! All of their stuff is super cute. The sales ladies are very helpful and attentive. They even offer you a bottle of water! The accessories run on the pricey side.
