We didn’t even know they were still open. An ad once in a while in the paper would help. Yes, it is kind of dated but so what. You have to pay attention to where you are sitting so someone with a hat doesn’t block your view. This is perfect. We get to stay in town and have convenient parking and have courteous movie staff. This will always be a gem. Lot of memories here. They have some arcade games in the lobby(Ms Pac-Man) for the young at heart.

At $ 5 a ticket you can’t complain… popcorn is affordable… there are no stadium seats, it’s old school but if you don’t care about that then this theatre is fine!

It’s great having a movie theater in Leavenworth. Four actually. And these theaters provide just what you need. While nothing luxurious(and a little faded) the complex is well run and comfortable. Sure the Alamo Drafthouse has great food and comfier seats but I’d have to drive 40 minutes to see a movie in Downtown Kansas City. The Landing 4 Theatres is really convenient. They are located so there’s always plenty of parking either on the street in front or across in the parking lot. They show first run films which change frequently. Lines are short at the concession stands which offer a good selection of snacks and drinks. There are discounts for military and seniors as well. There’s no need to drive to Legends or the Zona Rosa area to see a movie. They really are you«hometown» movie theaters.
