He did a great needs assessment by taking the time to listen to my ideas, preferences and future plans such as blog/​article and products for clients to purchase. He studied my current website and other comparable websites and then created a proposal with visuals and color options for my website. He quickly identified my business needs — both current and future — and explained how the newer format would address these needs and create a better user experience. Additionally, he proposed and rewrote text that would increase the SEO and placement for my website. His price for the development and monthly webmaster were extremely fair. This allowed me to have a personalised and customizable website on a shoestring budget with the impact of a larger marketing and advertising budget. He was excellent with keeping me in the loop on the all aspects of the development and launch and letting me know what was needed by me for moving the project along. The go live transition was quick and seamless.
