Established in 2004.

We have been doing interior trim and remodeling for 12 years. Started off in San Antonio in 1999 and now just moved to Austin. We have worked for many custom builders and track home builders such as D.R. Horton, we strive for success and can be seen on every project.

Practical Home Company was started five years ago by Christopher R. Pullin in San Antonio. After seven years with a major trim carpentry company, he went on his own. Christopher has worked with many home owners and builders over the years; including one of the largest, D.R. Horton. Christopher strives for success in his trim carpentry business which has just moved to Austin TX, and the quality of work can be seen on every project he has completed

We were very impressed by the quality, professionalism, and price of practical home company. Chris built built-​in bookcases for us, and showed incredible attention to detail. He built exactly what we wanted, even matching our molding perfectly. As a trim carpenter, this certainly wasn’t his biggest job, but he clearly gave it his full attention. He also communicated really well and did the work exactly when he said he would. We would definitely hire practical home company again.
