Hi, I’m Petra and welcome to my passion. I have been baking breads for friends and family for about 6 years. I love it, and it shows in each and every loaf that comes out of my little kitchen. It all started when I was given a recipe for Country White Bread from an old family friend. I had NEVER baked bread or anything else, for that matter, from scratch. My family instantly fell in love with it and I soon tried other breads. I found I had a knack for baking breads and have enjoyed it since.

In 2011, the great State of Texas passed SB81. This is the Texas Cottage Food Law and it allows home bakers to sell their crafts and creations, if you will, legally from our homes. Since I must adhere to the guidelines of the bill, I am not able to take orders online, and payments must be made at my home.

My goal and dream is to one day have my own bakery. I’m driving my family crazy with all the wonderful smells coming from the kitchen that they can’t eat. Give us a try today! Thank you
