Four Points Pest Control came out to my house and sprayed some sort of «treatment» that supposedly eliminated spiders and roaches, but days later there were actually more of those insects in the house than before they sprayed. I accepted Charles’ (the owner) offer to come back out and re-​spray instead of asking for a refund initially, and he did not show up either of the days he said he would. When I asked for a refund, he hung up on me. I highly advise going with another pest control company. Very unprofessional and unethical.
