My home inspector set up the appointment, and they were able to get in very quickly. I wasn’t there when Charles did the termite inspection, so I can’t comment on how it was done, and he seemed to know what he was talking about on the phone; however, my business interaction with Charles over the phone was subpar. First, he charged me 10 more than the home inspector quoted me, then agreed to meet me in the middle when I mentioned that I was told 85. He also said he would email me the report and treatment quote, but two days later, I still have nothing. I emailed him to let him know I had not yet received it, and he responded that he would resend it, but nothing yet. For the inconvenience and follow up that I have to do – especially since I’m a home buyer home and option time is ticking down – I’d rather go with a more efficient and reliable company.

WOW, C&L Pest Control is amazing. I had hired R&R Pest Control to help with a possible skunk under the shed (Greg dropped off traps without even looking under the shed). When Jeremy from C&L was out spraying for pests he said «you’ve got a problem, probably a dead skunk.» Jeremy identified the exact location and spent hours excavating under the shed to extract the dead 10 – 15 pound skunk that was decomposing. C&L is thorough and worked until 8 PM to get the job done. Their fee was $ 50 less than R&R’s quote. I tipped Jeremy $ 65, that’s how pleased I was with his tenacity and service.
