Established in 1963.

TONI&GUY is an international icon and was founded over forty years ago in 1963 at a single salon in London by the Mascolo Brothers: Toni, Guy, Bruno and Anthony. TONI&GUY has evolved into a worldwide brand synonymous with fashion and quality. We are celebrating 26 years in North America and have over 40 salons and 16 academies nationwide.

I took my sister here for a new hair cut after growing it for 5 years. She loved her stylist. The place was a little intimidating and was set up a little weird but she loved it and that’s what mattered most. I would prefer not to go here if it were for me because they have certain people that do color then others do cuts and the scheduling process is a little too weird for me. My sister was also told to schedule a chemical blowout after her color before her cut. It was just too much. They talked a lot about how much training they get and how fabulous they are but I wasn’t convinced and wouldn’t trust with my hair.

5 Stars for the Awesome and Talented Toni&Guy team of Bay Colony. Since moving back to Houston, I’ve been on hunt for a Hair Salon and Stylist that could mimic or outshine the one I had in Dallas. Was about to give up hope until I decided to try the T&G near my home.
I feel like a super star when being there. The Salon is beautiful, well lit and very clean. Jonathan, the owner, has done such a remarkable job with his salon and Team. All of whom are very nice and attentive. They even take time to ask you how you are doing. It is evident that this team is well versed and knows the business of hair.
I have Ethnic hair and tend to be really sensitive about my relaxers and treatments. I was super impressed with the fact that Jonathan and his team have tried all treatments and products that they stand behind. I was told about the Peter Coppola relaxer and that this is new and more healthier way to go as far as my Relaxers are concerned. I was a little hesitant but knew I could trust this team of experts.
They were right and I look fabulous. Beyoncé, look out Sister! My hair, highlights and now newly relaxed from the Coppola treatment looks better than it has in years!!!

Sonnie for my cut and Katie for my color. Perfect! Nice super clean salon. Sonnie fixed a bad cut — really well! Super sweet girl. Katie got my color just right!
Salon seemed a little tense — the dude that runs the salon is wound up pretty tight.
And they had the place at least 60 degrees — dress warm.
Fantastic experience with my stylist and color specialist! Going back.

I went in yesterday for a all over color and had very blonde hair before. Katie dyed my hair a beautiful dark sultry ash brown color. I am in love with my new color! I highly recommend using Katie for hair color!!! I was very impressed it turned out so good after I was so blonde. I will be back again soon!

I’m so not happy with my haircut here… I’ve been growing my hair out from a bad haircut and now I got another one… I first told them I didn’t want it short and that is what I got .I thought Toni and Guy I suppose to be top notch. I’ve been in the Woodlands location and I had no problem there. they didn’t even listen to me .now a couple of months again growing it again. Why is it so hard to find someone who can listen to what the client wants. I will never go back there.

I met Jonathan when I first walked in. I told him it was my anniversary & wanted a new edgy haircut. Not only did he give me an awesome haircut, he was generous & fun. I had a great time getting pampered & the staff was exceptional. Thank you Toni & Guy for a great experience.

MIRACLE WORKERS!
I was absolutely distraught after my birthday «Pamper Session» was obliterated at the first place I went to. (Its scary trying to find a good place after you relocate!!) My cries for help landed me a referral to this location and as long as I’m in this city — I will never go anywhere else!
I walked in to Toni&Guy the morning after my nightmare session desperately needing a color correction. The earliest they had was a week out. I was devastated thinking I’d have to hide under a rock til then, but I survived. I realized being fully booked was a GOOD sign and I needed quality, not quickly. The wait was worth its weight in GOLD!
Katie is a magician with color!!! She’s amazing. She listened to me as I was retelling my nightmare and reassured me every step of the way. The nightmare had chopped off 50% of my hair, but she managed to give me EXACTLY what was in the photos I brought (of course the hair models all have super long hair) and she fit perfection on 3″ worth of hair.
I was almost crying when I left, because I was so floored — it was perfect. She gave me BEAUTIFUL hair. Not just «fixed» hair.

I’ve been going to Toni & Guy over 10 years and the majority of my experiences have been great! Katie is amazing and always does a beautiful job with my blonde highlights. I’ve never seen anyone as thorough as her. She’ll go over my roots several times checking to be sure she didn’t miss anything and everything is well blended. When I want low lights she keeps my «blonde rainbow» looking beautiful. :) I love her golden «champagne» toner effect. She was also the first to put some protective gel around my scalp to help prevent any irritation or itching (I often do the bleach retouch). Katie is always very easy to chat with and makes the experience fun. She’s my go-​to girl for highlights! :)
For cuts I also recommend Nicole. She’s always a sweetheart and does beautiful work!

Wasn’t happy with hair coloring service. Hair technician was very friendly and helpful and excited about my hair but unfortunately it didn’t come out well. Left a review on here and they refunded my money. Thanks for that Toni and Guy.
I will say 8 different people touched my hair during my visit. Nice clean salon but not sure about the service I received. Hey at least they called back and were concerned. Thanks for that

I’ve been going to this Toni & Guy for over 4−½ years. Katie does my color and she’s awesome. She is extremely personable and considerate. She listens to everything I want and isn’t afraid to give her professional opinion when needed. I get my hair colored about every 6 weeks. …so out of about 40 visits, I’ve only had 1 issue with my color. Nothing that wasn’t fixed right away.
I definitely recommend Katie for color!

I love my new Peter Coppola Keratin Treatment I just received at Tony & Guy with Jonathan! What a big difference it made in the texture of my hair and the shine! It feels 100% healthier! I always get the BEST 5* treatment here with my TOP FAVES Jonathan and Katie. I have been faithful to be a customer of this salon for many years because of their CONSISTENCY in top of the line products, cutting edge designs, and in my opinion, the most professional in the business. I have never had a bad cut, color or experience here! I only wish I could give them 10 stars! I love my Tony & Guy at Bay Colony!

Just moved to the area… Saw the reviews so I was very nervous to even try them. However, I tried to dye my hair myself and it turned out orange. I had this coupon sitting in my purse and I thought «what the heck… I have nothing to lose!» I called and explained my hair is orange I need help ASAP… they told me to come right in, Joanna listened to what I wanted, mixed up the formula. In a little over an hour, she fixed it:)) I LOVE It!!!

I figured it was time for me to update my review, when it occurred to me that my previous review named a stylist and colorist who were no longer at this location.
Lauren is now doing my color and she is just fabulous! She gets the color right every time and I have never had any issues with her!
Ryan is doing my cut/​style and honestly, out of every stylist that has cut my hair at Toni & Guy throughout the years, he is the ONLY one who gets it EXACTLY like I want it! I am so impressed by him!
I highly recommend both Lauren & Ryan!
And anyone who complains about the price here probably just needs to go to Great Clips, where you get what you pay for!

I was extremely pleased with the service I received at this location of Toni and Guy. I walked in without an appointment to get hair consultation and they were kind enough to squeeze me in for hair consult, highlight and a cut on a busy Saturday. I’ve always gone to visible changes for haircuts and highlights and never left happy like I did this past Saturday from Toni and Guy. The girl who did my hair (I believe her name is Brittany) was so sweet. She listened to my concerns about my hair and explained what she was going to do and what the final product will look like. Last week when I went to visible changes to get my hair highlighted… I literally had to get up from the chair and walk out because of the hair stylist’s snotty attitude. Long story short, Brittany at Toni and Guy did an awesome job with my hair. Ryan cut my hair after and he did an awesome job as well.
It’s safe to say that I will be returning to Toni and Guy to get my hair done in the future.

Cassandra did an amazing job on my hair! I have had bad salon experience in the past, but she made me want to come back to the salon. I have curly african american hair and many mainstream salons don’t know what to do with it, but I left Toni and Guy in Bay Colony with silky, bouncy straight hair. I would recommend this salon to a any friend of any race and hair type!

I have been going to Toni & Guy for 14 years now. I started off at their original Baybrook location and was thrilled when they moved so that I could leave the traffic of that mall behind. Although there have been some hiccups with the front desk staff, my hair has always turned out phenomenal. Adrienne has been cutting my hair for years and she went on maternity leave but the substitute they found was just as great. Katie has been doing my colors for over five years now and she is a keeper. She is a true artist and chemist and always finds the right combination. I constantly receive rave reviews on my hair and send people there when I can.
As for the Jonathan complaints, I have never had a problem with him. He even stepped in and styled my hair for free when my hair dresser didn’t have time because of a precious late client. He is a bit sassy but he is always styling, always says hi, and even offered me part of their Christmas employee meal.
This is a top notch salon and I always feel and look great when I leave. What more could you want?

I have been a loyal customer of Toni and Guy (corporate) for many years. This franchise location does not have the same customer values as the others. Jonathan (the owner) will cut three different clients’ hair at once, while using his assistant to do the shampoo/​blow drying/​styling. So even though you are paying for Jonathan’s services, you’re really just getting 1⁄3 of his time. The other customers are right when they say that he is arrogant and bossy. I’ve seen him talk to down to his staff numerous times. When I get a haircut, I want someone who is attentive, takes their time, has strong attention to detail and is respectful of me. I am sad to say that Jonathan can not provide that experience.

I had a terrible experience here! I hate writing negative reviews, but this needs to be known. I was 15 minutes late to an appointment with Renee (for a simple blow-​out) due to the fact that it was in my phone calendar as 12:45 rather than 11:45. I rushed over (I live 5 min away).
Never have I ever felt more disregarded as a customer/​client. They said that they were booked and couldn’t squeeze me in. I was getting my family photos done that afternoon and they couldn’t accommodate or have a tiny bit of sympathy and help me out? They were taking walk-​ins and I had an actual appointment. The stylist said that she had a color client coming in early (she wasn’t there yet) and that she couldn’t get to me. She also said they have a 15 min grace period for late clients, and «uh, sorry.» I was FIFTEEN minutes late! I said I would be fine with taking any stylist and she said there was no way she could guarantee anything and that it would be a long while. Wow. There was a woman waiting on the bench next to me, and when her stylist came to get her, she said,” Sorry I’m so late” and the stylist said,“That’s alright”??? What? My jaw dropped. I had to just get out of there. They were rude, and condescending I would never recommend this place to anyone. I couldn’t believe the terrible customer service! They lost a potential new client. So incredibly disappointing. Never again.

Can you say, rude, snooty and annoying? I don’t really care that you charge $ 100+ for your cuts, how about some manners instead! I’ve been to far less expensive salons and had far better results, minus the attitude and eyeball rolling. You won’t find me here ever again! :)
