Shadetree Automotive is a Complete Auto Care Center in Layton. We service all makes and models but have specialists in several areas.

Shadetree has been family owned and operated since 1994. We are also a Napa Autocare Center which allows us to offer an industry leading 3 year 100k mile local warranty as well as a 2 year 24k mile nationwide warranty.

We have a heavily trained and talented repair crew. We have a specialist in BMW, Mini, Volkswagen and Audi.

We have a specialist is Toyota and Honda.

We also have a specialist in Diesel Engines.

We would not be where we are today without these talented technicians!

History

Established in 1995.

Family owned and operated. The Lambert family lives right here in Layton and proudly supports the community!

The name Shadetree has special meaning to us… we started out helping all our family, friends and neihbors right from our Layton home. Therefore we were always called the Shadetree mechanics far before we opened up our dream shop… We are proud of where we came from and where we are going… so Shadetree Automotive was the only name choice when we decided to move out of the garage and assemble the most talented auto repair crew in the area.

Meet the Manager

TOM L.

Manager

Tom Lambert has been in the Auto Repair Industry for over 20 years now. Started out right here at Shadetree Automotive as an apprentice doing Autobody repair with his father Mark Lambert (owner). He quickly learned the mechanical side of auto repairs as well as autobody and paint. As much as he enjoyed repairing cars… his true calling was managing the business. Shortly after graduating high school, Tom enlisted in college to gain a business management and accounting degree and took over all office duties for the business. We have grown from a small rented 2 bay shop to our own 10 bay shop in a beautifull spot here in Layton.
