While I can not say that they lie about the fees, I can say that their customer service is definitely poor. The extra fees when you terminate were something that they pointed out to me when I enrolled, but when I tried to cancel for both me and my wife, they would not let me do it for both of us. They required my wife to make an extra trip in to cancel for herself. Didn’t matter that it was my credit card paying for both of us. When I tired to ask for the manager to discuss this, he/she refused to even come out and talk to me. They’ll take your money, but not your questions. There are just too many other options available to put up with the lack of good customer service.

I love this gym, the people I talk to are are really helpful and extremely nice. It can get pretty busy after 4 to 730 but other than those times I’ve never had to wait for a bench or a squat rack or any machine. The front desk is always kind and helpful and it seems like everyone here knows everyone. I’ve been going 6 days a week fir 2 months, and I don’t have any complaints. Except maybe open on Sunday… ahhhh golds gym, forcing rest days since the 70’s. Sign up!

Closed on Sundays and closed Memorial Day? Of course, why else would you be open on customers days off. To keep your staff over head down, of course. And the only golds in the world with no stair masters. Imagine not being able to use your cell phone on a certain day because your provider doesn’t want to pay the over head. What do they care, you’re still having to pay for your monthly bill! Stores like Discount Tire or any other walk in business have to be open on Sunday’s to bring in business every single day possible. Golds doesn’t care! They’re already pocketing your money! Take your business else where! Vasa, Planet Fitness and Retro Fitness value your dollar and are open on Sunday’s! I’ve expressed this to management already and showed the amount of support this review got and they pretty much said«f off clown, we like scamming you». (Small note) They’re janitorial products suck. They have mold in their soap, and the equipment spray down bottles is pretty much water.

Good place to work out. There are alternative gyms that are cheaper but this is a place with more free weights and classes.

Very clean facility and helpful staff. They didn’t try to sell me to hard into signing up. After everything is said and done I’d rather go here than the one in Ogden.
