Sundance Rentals

This company is horrible. We were yelled at by the broker and the realtor. We had a move out inspection two weeks after turning full keys in. Realtor circled us and the house three times before yelling at me and my kids and changing the appointment time. We have tried going the legal route. Bc the broker is friends with the top of the town and high end people we don’t have a chance. Sundance is a snake. We left our house due to Oklahoma law of health and safety violations and non compliance. They took two months of rent and a full deposit. We had no ac and mold everywhere. Doctor report of my sons allergic reactions and so much more. We left the home and had to pay out of pocket for a hotel for a whole month. Sundance fixed nothing. The broker himself is a snake. He lied directly to JAG and us. He said very unprofessional things while in the home. Our house was not even cleaned when we moved in. I could go on for hours. We lost over 4 grand moving from sundance to relocate into a safe and healthy home for my kids. Bc the broker is friends with the big shits in town good luck seeking justice. The law states we are well within our rights and the broker knows it. Yet he is more than comfortable breaking it bc his pampered ass is covered. Sundance is the worst mistake anyone could ever make. Ft sill housing signed off on the house authorizing us to live there. After speaking with several off base attorneys we have been informed that even off base attorneys have expressed these issues to ft sill housing. Once a month there is a housing meeting open to the public. Our story was the example for last weeks meeting. Housing is aware of these people yet still authorize them. So don’t count on housing to save you. They will simply refer u to jag and hope u r ok. Whatever you do do t take a house even if it is free from sundance. You will regret it I promise. We were told by an attorney that we have a national case. And a big case. But bc the broker is friends with the town we may not even stand a chance. We could take them to court and sue for our rights and lose more money bc they r very good being the snakes they are.

Good luck getting your deposit back. They will nitpick the way you left the apartment until you are left with nothing when it’s time to leave. They charged me for turning the water off when I left. A cleaning bill when there was nothing to clean. And a steam carpet cleaning bill even though I told them I steam cleaned the carpet myself. All the places I saw before choosing my house were infested with roaches even during the day. Mine was no different but not as infested. I made sure not to leave food out but it didn’t help much. Maybe it’s an Oklahoma thing. the roaches were outside too as soon as you opened the door outside they scatter. They were quick with an electrical problem I had. Oh the first time I was a few days late with the rent because of an auto payment issue I received a letter from them threatening eviction. Make no mistake this place is about the bottom line. So you can kiss that deposit goodbye.
