I retired as Vice President of Manufacturing for a Fortune 500 company. I developed a partnership with my sons who are experts in the window and door replacement business. I bring a unique understanding of operational excellence and customer service excellence into the home improvement business, while my son bring the technical background. Together we make a great team.
