Frist time going to this restaurant and I wasn’t disappointed at all. I got the Chicken Greek Salad and Pita Bread and it was fantastic. I was in and out in less then 10 mins. I will go back soon.

Parking(smh) horrible. i thought the long drive thru wait was going to be worth it… nope. The guy working the drive thru left a bit much to be desired… he was older mid 40’s, white guy who seemed to not really enjoy his job. the menu is very limited. A bit pricey for americanized mediterranean food. I trashed my gyro(tasteless) BUT the cucumber and tomato salad? That was delicious! I’ll stick with the Olive Mediterranean Grill on lawrenceville Suwanee rd… which reminds me to write a review for them!

I was so disappointed in the lack of quality in the food I unfortunately paid for; it was like getting a gyro from McD. The meat was tasteless and I’ve not seen lamb chopped in bits instead of strips for gyros. The price an quality don’t match up. Would never under any circumstances go back again. Stay away from this place.

mediocre place for gyros. Ordered the lamb gypro which comes with a side of chips and a choice of potatoes, cucumber salad… I had some potatoes from my roommate’s dish and it was really gross. Just mushy and slimy. I chose the cucumber salad which wasn’t a complete failure. Just feels like it was made a few days ago. The gyro in general was okay. The meat wasnt completely warm all the way thru. Overall, I feel like I was paying to eat left over food that was just reheated and slapped on a tray for me. There are many other Mediterranean restaurants/cafes around that offers better quality for less. I would pass on this place.

Been meaning to try this place out and finally got the chance the other day. Let’s just say it does the job just right. Now Taziki is located in a part of town that isn’t really known for Mediterranean cuisine. If I think about the one of the few in the area so that’s am advantage for them. The interior of the place reminds me of a Pottery Barn store, it gives a very homely feel and atmosphere to the place. Now the menu it self is very diverse but includes most staples of Mediterranean food. I included a direct link to the menu so you can check it out yourself. Now I wish I would’ve taken more pictures but I was in a hurry and in need of some take out I could bring back home. Oh well. No regrets right? The food itself isn’t going to blow you away but it’s good enough to warrant another visit for me. The service from the staff was great and our food did not take too long, so our wait was not too bad. Bubthe way forgot to mention Taziki is the type of restaurant where you line up and order your food and they call your order when ready Overall not a bad place. Average when it comes to Mediterranean food, but still good enough for seconds. Menu:

Came for a quick lunch with my hubby. It was his first time so they gave him a complimentary hummus. I had the chicken gyro and he had lamb. It was delicious. I had the fruit which was fresh. My husband had the cucumber salad and enjoyed it. We will definitely do lunch here again.

Came to this location three times and I’ll share all three experiences honestly. First visit-first visit was lovely. I ordered the chicken gyro with pasta salad and decided to get a baklava as well. The food was tasty but nothing special and the baklava was tasty. However I don’t like how they just let the baklava sit outside across the store throughout the day. Second visit– I ordered the lamb gyro with potatoes. I ordered it to go because I was on my lunch break at work. The meat was still raw and I was forced to throw it away. The potatoes were tasty. Third visit– got the chicken gyro again with potatoes. My friend got the Greek salad. The salad was bland. The gyro was okay and the potatoes were overcooked. Overall the staff is friendly but it’s better to go to an authentic Greek restaurant than pay ridiculous prices for Americanized Greek food.

I just had the displeasure of ordering some take out at Tazikis. I ordered 2 lamb gyro plates and a bowl of lemon chicken soup to take home and eat with my wife. The restaurant was about 15% full at the time. I waited twenty minutes. After I got home which is about 7 minutes from their location I immediately served what I bought to my wife and I. The container the 3.99 soup came in was about half full and cold. The 9.99 apiece lamb gyro platters were just as bad temperature wise. The little bit of lamb that was in there was tough. The pita was just taken out of a bag and not grilled like every other Greek place that knows what they are doing does. Everything was a soggy mess inside the gyro. Just for lack of a better term disgusting. The«roasted» Greek potatoes were also a soggy mess and cold. It was almost like they were boiled. I will never ever step foot in their establishment again even if they are the only thing open or I am starving. If it were possible to give a minus star review I would. I do not typically write reviews good or bad, but seeing as this might be the worst food I have ever ordered anywhere I felt compelled to warn people.

I like surprises! When I went into Taziki’s Mediterranean Café, I was actually just thinking it’d be a quick gyro and fried potatoes shop, but like I said to one of the servers, this isn’t what I expected! They put a fresh spin of Mediterranean, and give lots of healthy-ish alternatives as entrees. I ordered the Chicken Gyro, with roasted new potatoes as a side. The gyro was super soft and the chicken was as well. Loved the flavor, but wished they’d put more sauce on the gyro itself. The potatoes were pretty phenomenal, kinda ridiculous to say about potatoes. Slightly firm, and the herb seasoning they had on the potatoes had me smiling with every bite. I didn’t even realize that chips came with the lunch meal, and while they kinda looked out of place, they were happily eaten. Service was pretty fast, as I had to wait maybe 10 minutes for lunch, and Taziki’s also has daily specials, so be sure to check them out, either on the nearby chalkboard or on the back of their menu. Lots of open space to sit, both inside and outside, and everything is polished, new, and looks nice. There actually is no entry into Taziki’s directly from Old peachtree rd. Instead you have to drive past it and turn in like you’re going to the nearby bank, no harm done there though. While Taziki’s is literally across the street from Café Raik, I don’t think they’re competitors at all, and instead compliment each other well, so definitely try these guys out! Very cool newish store that I hope sticks around for a while!

EPICFAIL on so many levels. THEGOOD: The Greek salad was good, and my kids liked the flavor of the chicken. The tzatziki sauce was pretty good. THEBAD: The basmati rice was terrible and seemed like yesterday’s rice that was reheated. There were crunchy pieces, and it was chewy at the same time. Terrible. THEUGLY: 1) There was a line to the door that was moving at a snails pace. You have to order from the counter, pay and they bring it to your table. They give you a number after you order. The problem was that there was NOMENU posted so you couldn’t decide what you wanted as you were standing in line. I went to the front to get a menu because It was taking so long, and they said they didn’t have any. I asked how I was supposed to know what I wanted, and the guy started telling me what they have… gyros and feasts. I turned around and went back to the line and finally looked at the menu on my phone. I called in my order right from line(thanks to a tip from the girl in front of me) so I would get my food quicker. With a famished child it was that or leave. 2) I get to the cashier and ask for a wine list since the menu says to get the list from the location. Surprise! No wine list. I’m not shocked by this point. 3) Since I had called in my order from line they boxed it ‘to go’, and yes it was ready by the time I got to the cashier. She asked if I wanted plates, and I said yes. So the guy delivering the food brings out the boxes of food and two plates. They didn’t plate the food for me… they brought it to the table for me to do. I was dumbfounded by this point thinking ‘how in the world is this place going to survive’? 4) Kids eat free on the weekends, but sure enough I was charged for my son’s meal. It was the perfect ending to a terrible experience. I got the email receipt as I was eating. I ate and had to get back in line for my refund. NEVERAGAIN!

Looks good from the outside, but the food itself was pretty disappointing. Roasted potatoes were mushy, pork sandwich barely had any meat, just a wasteful amount of sweet sauce which was actually kinda okay. Waitresses were super nervous and uptight. Will not come back.

What to do when you get in: grab a menu(check out the special on the chalkboard) go straight down and order, the person at the cashier will give you a number, sit anywhere you like, your food will be brought to you by a server, eat & enjoy :) Pro: Food came out super fast! Took less than 10 minutes :) Ordered the Taziki Signature Pasta that has a bed of mixed lettuce with penne pasta and grilled chicken, tossed in homemade balsamic vinaigrette, topped with tomatoes feta and fresh basil. What made this dish all the more unique is that it is a cold pasta dish. I’m typically not a huge fan of cheese, but the feta cheese goes so well with this dish! My friend had the Grilled Chicken Basil-Pesto Gyro. I had a bite and it was delicious! Of course the chicken was great, but we loved their pesto! If you’d like to see the whole menu, check out the menu link I set up. The menu .pdf is specifically for this location(since they are a chain). Customer service: everyone we met were friendly and wonderful! They checked up on us a few times to make sure everything was going well :) I can’t wait to go back and try their other dishes! So happy this location opened!

In a hurry? Don’t be when you come here. This place is set up like a Five Guys were you wait in a line, order and pay your bill at the register. We ordered the taziki appetizer with baked pita bread and two grilled lamb gyros. We got our app and gyros minuets apart after waiting a full 30 minuets after we paid at the register. I will say the food was really good and full of great flavor. The pasta salad and cucumber salad was really good. They have a nice patio area too. I will defiantly come here again.

Me and my BF went here for lunch today and I was very pleased. There was a line due to lunch hour, but it moved quickly. Customer service was great and the food was delicious, healthy and fresh. The chicken gyro was amazing! We will definitely be visiting here again soon.

For a place called«Taziki’s» there is absolutely no taziki sauce on my gyro. bought 4 gyros and they were all the same; less than a hint of taziki sauce. They may want to change the name. «Opa» in Duluth is much better.

Not knowing what to expect, we were pleasantly surprised. We ordered the grape leaves, gyro sandwich and Mediterranean salad with grilled chicken. The gyro meat was juicy(not dried like it was cut from a spit). The salad was fresh and the balsamic dressing was delicious. The grape leaves were not good… thin leaves with dried rice that fell apart and hard to eat. Overall, a good experience… we will go back!

Was hoping to walk in to a giant spinning slab of lamb, unfortunately they did not have one. Also, a little disappointed to find this was a chain. Nevertheless, I went with the lamb gyro and the spicy pimento cheese appetizer. The pimento cheese was pretty good. The gyro was a little lacking, but was still decent. The bread was soft and flavorful with the taziki sauce adding a great extra dimension of flavor, but the lamb was tough and bland(overlooked). The potato side dish consisted of soggy bland potatoes with a hint of what I believe was Rosemary. The restaurant is also a little pricy for what you get. Overall, a pretty average restaurant. If you’re looking for good Mediterranean I recommend Aviva if you don’t mind the drive.
