Sugarloaf Crossing Apartments

I’ve lived here for over four months now, so I’ve experienced the before-​and-​after effects due to a change in management from «Century Sugarloaf» to «Sugarloaf Crossing.» At first the only legitimate complaint would be the gates occasionally malfunctioning, but now the entire living environment has become less than ideal. The new management never provides any form of notice (written, email, website portal alert) before performing potentially harmful activities to the exterior of the complex (e.g. power washing your balcony regardless of what property you may have sitting on it). Maintenance requests have gone from quick and effective completion times (2 – 3 days) under the old management to requiring multiple attempts over the course of a month to alleviate a single problem. There are numerous apartment complexes in the area that are just as conveniently located, save yourself the hassle — this one simply isn’t worth the price.

I truly enjoy living here, it’s the best apartment living I’ve had, spacious, updated, high ceilings, quiet, no people/​kids hanging out etc. There are maintenance things that do need some attention as it’s older renovated apts but they are on top of it. They really want you to feel at home and take pride in making this a great community. I recommend this to any professional or family who is looking for a place to call home!

I’ve lived here for about a month now, and really couldn’t be happier. And withholding the fifth star, because I think the price is a little bit elevated for what you get in the area. My only complaint so far is that there were a few maintenance issues that should’ve been corrected before move in, but were very quickly corrected once pointed out.

We just moved here in December and love it! The apartments are spacious and well laid out. My queen sized bed fits nicely in the master BR. The management is super nice and are quick to respond to maintenance issues. My rent is a bit less than my last place but this place is nicer! We will definitely be here a while!
