History

Established in 2011.

Zach Procter began his legal career as an Assistant Solicitor General in Gwinnett County prosecuting DUI, drug possession, shoplifting, misdemeanor and traffic cases. After establishing a reputation as a skilled trial lawyer and negotiator, Zach went into private practice, joining the practice of local attorney Rick Ryczek. In 2011, Zach struck out on his own, founding Procter Law, P.C. In Lawrenceville, serving Gwinnett, DeKalb, Fulton, Hall, Athens-​Clarke, Barrow, Jackson, Forsyth, and Walton Counties.

Zach Procter is a graduate of Georgia Tech (undergraduate degrees in History and International Affairs) and the Florida State University College of Law. He also has studied at Oxford University (UK), and Wellington University (New Zealand). After college, Zach worked on Capitol Hill in Washington D.C. as a congressional staffer before attending law school at FSU. Zach lives in Lawrenceville with his wife and daughter, and enjoys home brewing and college football.
