I am not a huge fan of this store. It sells lots of little charms and cute trinkets, but the bootleg items really throw me off my shopping game. There’s nothing I hate more than finding something animé related that is really cool, but then discovering it’s not real and has a major flaw in the design. There are some neat posters and bags though, but with the combination of difficult staff and questionable items, Amazon is a better place to spend my money than here.

Hmm, nobody has written up about this store yet? I’m surprised! Pica Pica is a store focused on Japanese goods, including animé, bento boxes, cosplay(kimonos, etc). It does have bootlegs, yes, but they also sell out of print, official items. such as Sailor Moon keychains! My sister and I both picked up a few for our collections and wandered over to the tote bags where we saw cute(despite its bootleg origins) TOTOROTOTESSS. Totoro Tote Bags = Totes Cute. THERE I SAIDIT. Even though it was bootleg, it was too cute to pass up… and eventually, my sister and I were squabbling over who gets to buy it. so I decided to go up to the counter and ask the lady working if she had the same style of Totoro bag in the back. She went and looked and said no, made a phone call to another store and told me that she could get one delivered by tomorrow! Now that’s service. Too bad we were only in Lawrenceville for that day, but Pica Pica is definitely a store for repeat visits. She even said she’d get more Sailor Moon products in stock! (P.S. I let my younger sister keep the Totoro tote. I’m a good sister!)
