If I can give this business a 0, I would. I don’t understand how you can be in business for over 20 years and still don’t know how to fix shoes. I simply asked to have my expensive designer shoes to be resoled. After many smartass comments from the rude cobbler, I came back 4 days later to see such horrible job he did on my shoes. He simply resoled my shoes but did nothing to the heels as we discussed previously. He then accused me of just wanting the resole done. Really? I paid $ 20 to have them resole and you don’t even bother to do anything with the heels? Why aren’t you out of business yet? Idiot. My shoes are expensive, yet he decided to DYED then soles back, even the part where the brand and shoe size is. I didn’t pay $ 400 for my pair of shoes to have you completely dye it over. If it wasn’t because my awesome cobbler, Floyd is out of business, I would never go to this asshole. I am livid for the way I was treated for spending over $ 100 and get no customer service while my shoes look worst than it did before I came! I wish DOUG’S SHOESREPAIRWOULDBEBACKINBUSINESSTODRIVETHISIDIOTCOBBLEROUTOFBUSINESS. I’d rather go to Buckhead and get better treatment. Those cobblers know about designer shoes and know how to make them sparkles UNLIKETHISCOBBLERWITHNOEXPERIENCE.

This place is terrific. I drove 30 minutes to get there based on the great Google reviews, and it was worth the drive. Very professional work and very friendly. Note: Google says it’s open until 6pm but it’s actually 5:30pm.
