Great car wash, it makes my car look great! The lot is always clean and vacuums perform very well. They also have a towel program that is useful and convenient. I will continue to return

Great vacuums but the car wash never does a good job. Have tried it on three different cars and it leaves spots uncleaned every time. Would be great if they fixed that.

I was really eager to try this new car wash because of the high recommendation, but I wasn’t very happy with my service.
I did the full service and manager special and even included a $ 5 tip for the full service «workers», but I wish I would’ve saved that $ 5, gone to Walmart across the street and did my «interior service» myself.
Granted, there is a difference, but mostly the dust is the only visible change sort from my vacuuming. I was told it would be 15 minutes, but this looks like a 5 minute job. If I ever be compelled to come back here again, I’ll use the wash (I just love the colors displayed) and vacuum myself. For now, I’ll enjoy my monthly membership at another car wash.
Maybe the guy wasn’t haven’t a great day or something, but their lack of smile and positive attitude made me feel like I was annoying. 3 starts for the mediocre «full service and poor customer service». I’m writing this review in my car while still parked at their vacuuming systems and I feel as though I’ll be leaving incomplete…

Wow!!! What wonderful Service!!! Brian at the Lawrenceville location is awesome. I needed to pick up some VIPs at the Gwinnett County Airport at Briscoe Field coming in on a private jet for a business meeting. These VIPs are real low key and didn’t want a limo, so I needed to pick them up in my Honda Accord which was very dirty.
I called Brian and explained the situation and he said come on in and I will do what I can (because his detail person was not available). Well, all I can say is WOW!!! I drove in and of course needed to be helped ASAP because we got last minute information that our VIPs were able to detour to Lawrenceville, GA for the meeting. Brian was amazing, he told me to have a seat inside and he would handle everything! (And being exhausted I was happy to sit for a few minutes.) Well, when he came to get me a few minutes later (yes, is was fast) I couldn’t believe it was my car. He said your car is ready and I thought he had gotten me confused with another customer because I didn’t recognize my car — that’s how great it looked!!!
Brian is a miracle worker because my 5 year old car looked as if it had just been purchased! Brian went above and beyond to make me happy and he certainly did. He was fast, did an amazing job, and even added a few extras. The car looked and smelled brand new. The paint was shining, the wheels & tires were shining, and the windows were crystal clear. Then on the inside everything was cleaned to perfection, even where I had spilled an ice cream cone on the console. And the smell was terrific! It looked like someone had spent hours cleaning it and this all happened in a few minutes.
Brian, thank you for your excellent work and please know you have a customer for life!!!
This is the best car wash I have ever used and the only car wash I will ever use again! You can’t go wrong trusting your car to Brian and his crew at Lighthouse Express Car Wash. The prices are very reasonable, the service is excellent, and Brian’s attention to detail is unmatched anywhere.

My old car needed a wash and some TLC. I finally came to the right place at Lighthouse Express Car Wash. As soon as I drove in there, the automated machine greeted me and asked if I wanted an upgrade. I did one upgrade. Then I moved along to the tunnel and the attendants helped to scrub the bugs off my car bumper. I told the attendant to say hello to Brian, the general manager there. His attendant went into the office and Brian came out with a friendly smile and waved. All staff and manager were very friendly and the attendant signaled me to place my shift on Neutral. I did and the car moved along smoothly in the tunnel.
The car was washed, including the under carriage. I was very glad. It went through the dryer and hot wax too. Then I drove my car to the other side and the attendants helped with the rest of the process. My car came out looking fabulous and the wax looked great. I am definitely coming back to Lighthouse Express Car Wash. Thank you very much, Brian and your great staff. Thank you for showing me how to clean the interior floor mats as well.
While vacuuming the floor of the car, Brian noticed that the suction was not strong like it was suppose to be. He went and got a ladder and fixed the issue immediately. Wow! Now, that’s what I call superior service. He made sure that the free vacuum worked properly. My wheels were shined as well. He also told me that I needed new tires and a battery for my car. I went and got a new battery and four new tires the next day. It was great to have a friend at Lighthouse to share with me some friendly auto advise. I never want to be stuck on the road. I am bringing my car back there. The sitting room was comfortable and inviting. Do not hesitate to come to this car wash and be happy you did it too. Thank you again, Brian and your wonderful team.

Awesome location and great service at this car wash spot. I actually go more to the Conyers location now (owned by same management) but used to frequent Lawrenceville before moving. Always a reliable wash and at great prices. I also love that they have full-​service available now where they will actually vacuum the inside of your car for you — awesome! Highly recommended and way better than those other Atlanta-​area chains.

I wanted to update and say that I was contacted by Brian, the manager. He wanted to know more detail about my experience and offered to make it right. My schedule may not fit in with me coming back before the van is sold, but I do appreciate his offer and believe he sincerely wants to make sure I was satisfied. That’s excellent customer service.

Lighthouse Express is just amazing. Even on a gray, misty day, the guys here had so much energy and enthusiasm. I find it hard to muster much enthusiasm for more interesting tasks on Monday morning, let alone detailing a car, but somehow I get the feeling that making a customer happy is literally the most important thing on earth for these folks. I have to disclose that they piled on a few extra upgrades after we bought a car wash, but I wish I lived closer so that we could come back and pay full price next time.

Exactly what the doctor ordered. My car came out clean in record time. A quick swipe of the windows and I was done. They uses a spotless rinse but I had the time today. Vacuums are free when some places charge. Very easy touch screen set up and friendly customer service throughout. The owner Brian a star. There’s a Starbucks next door so I can’t think of a better combo than a coffee and a quick wash without even leaving my car!

I have been going to the Lighthouse Car Wash for a few years now. Its $ 5 for the cheapest wash, which also allows you to use the free (and VERY powerful) vacuums afterwards. There is also a «bug wash station» where you can use a brush to scrape away at the dead bugs on your car before you go through the car wash. Don’t forget to do that before going through the carwash. I had forgotten to do it today, and the guy outside refused to let me go through the wash again. I was frustrated to say the least — honest human mistake. I went inside the building and luckily another, nicer associate brought me outside and used the spray wand to get the bugs off the front. I really appreciated this workers efforts to go above and beyond what he had to. He ensured I will be a returning customer. The associate that helped me out was a very friendly Asian guy (didn’t get his name).

After a dispute that went one for several days, Lighthouse Car Wash acted professional and reasonable within their means and did all they could to earn my business back, and did. I have used them for years and trust their general manager and employees. I would recommend this car wash to anybody in the area.

I dropped my dog at the groomer and Unilocaled for a car wash at Snellville. Given the 5 stars and the raving reviews I decided to check out this place.
Driving up the autopay machine I was greeted by a couple of cheerleaders who were fund raising. Asking what I want I said I want the inside cleaned and the outside. The pause after should have given me a clue. I paid 17 + 5 wash to get my car in a machine and then afterwards I had to vacuum my own car. There was no one who flagged my car after to get the inside of my car cleaned. Wow. I could have paid that same amount at Mr. Clean and two folks would be busy cleaning my car.
And those reviews about «customer service»? Forget it. Not even a good morning or a smile. Maybe my expectation was wrong but let me just say this, paying $ 22 for this place is not worth it. I’d just drive to Lilburn and bring my car to Carnetts or go to Mr. Clean. Which is what I will have to do now.

If it weren’t for the customer service, I would have given this facility a solid four stars. Good wash, great price, very fast. Definitely the best $ 20 wash I’ve gotten anywhere, although there were a few (very small) missed spots.
That said, the customer service was awesome. I stopped on my way into work for an exterior wash and interior clean. Unfortunately I didn’t see anything saying that interior cleans are only available after 11am. Kendall was really nice and helpful, and I went back on my lunch break for the interior clean.
Kendall took care of me when I went back (he even recognized me and immediately referenced our earlier conversation). He did a great job on my car. The manager, Brian, got everything set up since I had purchased the exterior clean in the morning. He was also very friendly and helpful (and super smiley!). Not only did he honor a $ 5 off coupon despite the weird circumstances, he also high-​fived me over it. I’m a dork and I love a high five, so that kind of made my day.

A car wash is not just a car wash, especially when you’re talking about Lighthouse Express Car Wash! I took my dirty, old Mazda3 there and they had it looking like new when I drove away.
The automated system when you arrive is easy to use. Select the wash that you want, ride through the car wash, and then let their friendly employees take it from there. Yes, I said friendly employees. I hate going to a car wash where everyone working there hates their job. I don’t like that negative energy. Employees exhibit positive energy at Lighthouse Express and they actually smile!
After riding through the car wash, the employees payed attention to detail (pun intended) on both the interior and exterior of my ride. I was extremely pleased with the cleanliness of my car after my wash, especially for the price. Its a great value! My gas tank might be on ‘E,’ but at least I’m riding clean!

This location has got to be the best and most convenience when you’re having to wait a few hours for a car detail. There’s a Starbucks, a waffle house and an Aldi within walking distance so it makes your few hours wait like a breeze. And if you’re out of gas, there’s a gas station on the way out as well…
Brian did an amazing job waxing and detailing my car. The man puts some serious elbow grease into it, a much needed cleaning just within minutes of going to a wedding. I have to be honest, I haven’t seen my car that shiny ever. It was super smooth and I could run the back of my hand on it and it just glides right off. No streaks.
Stellar job. His team is super nice and the place is clean, isn’t that ironic? hehe
I can’t wait to come back to get the rest of my cars cleaned here and I love the fact that it’s only 5 min. from my house.

I won a basic wash, but Brian gave me a royal treatment, making me not just a customer, but a friend as well. How many places offer you this kind of experience?

Came here a while back and didn’t think too much of this place before. Fast forward 4 years and I’ve noticed some pretty big changes. It used to be mainly a self-​service location but recent changes brought about more staff and a friendlier atmosphere. The place is clean and well run by motivated individuals. If you ever get to meet Brian, say hello and he’ll give you the 5 star treatment especially if it’s your first visit. He’ll definitely leave a positive impression that’ll bring you back.

«Breaking Bad» has inspired me to do a lot of things. Getting my car washed was among those things. I was nearby and decided to go to Lighthouse Car Wash per many recommendations. I highly recommend checking into Lighthouse on Unilocal because you get a free upgrade and other goodies (depending on the upgrade).
I love my car and all, but honestly, it’s disgusting. Countless bugs have made my front bumper and side view mirrors their deathbeds. The front headlights were dull and opaque. The windshield was glossed with greased and grime. I wish I took a before and after picture of my car for this review. The results were amazing. I had my reservations about what an «express carwash» can do for my car, but damn, she be lookin’ good and presentable afterwards. I got full Rainex wash, my windshields have never looked soo fine! Now I won’t be so embarrassed to valet park. Woot!
Redeeming the check in offer is kind of confusing. Here is what you should do:
1. Pull up to the automated machine
2. Select type of carwash. Go all out brah. Spoil your ride; she takes you places
3. Check in. You have a time limit to redeem offer
4. Pull up to car wash entrance. Present offer to friendly attendent
5. Enjoy a pleasant ride through the carwash.
6. Pull up to complimentary vacuum stations. If you have to run like I did, you can ask to come back to finish up at another time
7. Freak out bc they have free floormat cleaning machines to make your life easier. Use it
8. Look for complimentary Windex and paper towels near carwash entrance to clean the Chick Fila Polynesian sauce spill
9. Get free goodies for getting the ultimate carwash experience. I think it varies, but I got a free towel and bug cleaning wipes
Because my car was in such a bad shape, I was offered a personalized service that is currently offered only upon request. They added an additional coat of wax to my car and used a mini buffing machine to buff it to an amazing sheen. I can see my reflection on the hood. That’s what’s up man!
Although they have vending machines in the front, they have a water fountain (and restrooms) in the waiting room. There’s free wifi and free Hulu on tv in the waiting room also. They have a lot of promotions going on, membership packages, ladies’ day, etc. It’s totally worth researching and checking out.

I have a very old car so I rarely take it to get it washed anymore but was thoroughly impressed with the results after visiting Lighthouse Express Car Wash.
First of all, every time I do go to a car wash, it always rains that same day or the following day so I always feel that I threw my money away but the «Rain X» treatment that was added to my car made a HUGE difference at this facility. They also have self vacuum areas so you can keep your car interiors looking nice and tidy as well.
I’ve never seen my car «shine» like the way it did, days after my visit to Lighthouse Express. It makes me want to revisit every few weeks just to maintain that «new car» look even though my car is more than 10 years old! The staff did a wonderful job of removing my year old brake dust from my rims and my tires have not looked that shiny, ever!
I’m a huge fan and first impressions mean a lot and this car wash facility has proven to me that it’s worth the extra $ 10-​$ 15 dollars to get your car professionally washed because who doesn’t want to drive around in a perfectly clean looking vehicle, right???
