By far the worst car experience I’ve ever had. (4^th car lease) The salesman Scott was disrespectful and extremely rude. He laughed at me not wanting to pay a high price. Literally sat at his desk and laughed in my face. 0 stars if I could. As someone in sales who hires sales people, I can tell you he is by the worst employee and I wouldn’t ever consider him for my team let alone buy a 50k product from him! What jerk. Bought my new Lexus at Cherry Hill and was treated much better. Go To Cherry Hill Lexus! you’ll thank me!

I have been a customer for 10 years. The entire team is very friendly and professional. Services performed on my vehicles are always completed as advised. I feel confident of services completed to be done with the utmost professionalism and never more than required to keep my vehicles safe and running at peak performance.
Vehicles are always washed after service is completed. Loaner cars are always available when scheduling service at NO extra charge.
Also, I find through my extensive research when purchasing a vehicle that Lawrence/Haldeman Lexus offers a fair and very competitive price.

Facilities are clean and the customer lounge is very comfortable. They offer food and drinks to make the wait easy. Service managers are prompt and courteous and make every effort to see that the customer is happy. This dealership makes customers feel important!

Well, earlier this year I was contacted by Lawrence Lexus through the BBB relative to the complaint I filed in 2011. Just to remove the complaint, Lawrence Lexus offered me $ 200. At this point I agreed and was told the check would be sent via mail. It’s been over 6 months and still not received. At this point they can keep it and the claim will remain on the BBB.

I leased 2 different vehicles from this dealership, both times I had to haggle with the salesman and management. Their sales tactics are nothing less than a used car salesman in Camden New Jersey. They give no incentive to return. I received better treatment at Ford than this dealership. Both times they quoted me $ 200 over my current payment and managed to drop down after they realized I wasn’t a dumb ass. Love the cars… Hate the dealership. They figure they will high ball you until you figure out there BS and then desperately try to keep your business when you threaten to walk out and buy elsewhere. I don’t recommend this dealership, unless you want a headache!!!

Do not waste your time visiting this dealership if you are interested in getting a good price on a new Lexus. My wife and I were interested in either a Lincoln MKZ Hybrid or a Lexus 300h. I visited the dealership and found their supposed bottom line price to be underwhelming as it was the worst price out of any dealership I visited. The attitude of the sales manager was arrogant, so I took my business elsewhere and saved thousands. This is despite being told by both the salesman and sales manager that the price I was given by another dealership was, «impossible.» Steer clear of this dealership and save yourself a lot of money.

I spent the last week shopping all over New Jersey for a new vehicle (both regular and luxury brands), and Lawrence Lexus, by far, provided the most quality, hassle-free experience. The premises and showroom are immaculate, the sales staff are knowledgeable and incredibly professional, the purchasing process was zero-pressure and came with no hidden fees (a huge bonus), the lounge is comfortable and well stocked with refreshments, internet and television, and the follow-up from the sales staff on my satisfaction rounded out a great experience.
Considering how much it costs to purchase a car of any type, this level of service should be standard everywhere. But, since it’s clearly not, I’m very happy to have found it at Lawrence.
