Gwinnett Co Public Library

This is for the MTN park library. I love books and libraries as much as the next fellow. They have a good system for sorting books even though their selection is limited by conservative Gwinnett. For some reason they have a lot of Glenn Beck and Ann Coulter books. But I digress…
I hate hate hate the tutors in this library. Yes upper class people pay for tutors and the tutors save money by using the library to teach at an unreasonable volume. Annoying. If you are going to teach some spoiled brat… Don’t interfere my brain with their incessant whining. I am a teacher and I understand educating kids, but not at a library at full volume.
Also there is always a gang of hs students «studying loudly». No librarian in this sprawl is brave enough to confront the loudness.
Now the library itself is bright, large, and does provide a quiet study room. Bright is key here if you haven’t been to other libraries in poorer neighborhoods in Gwinnett… ie Lilburn.
There is a vending machine, clean enough bathrooms, and nice air conditioning after a run at the park nearby. Their parking is extremely difficult to park in because there is not enough room to back out or turn into your space. Park at the far end next to five forks (sacrifice the shade because these soccer moms will hit you)
