Ga Laminate warrants all laminate labor for a period of one year from the completion of installation. This warranty applies to installation of new laminate purchased from Ga Laminate and installed by Ga Laminate own installation experts over pad purchased at Ga Laminate. Laminate must be installed over a hard, flat surface.

Types of services provided from Ga Laminate installers at no charge under the terms of this warranty include repair or replacement of transitional materials (metal, vinyl strips, etc.) which may become loose and repair of separated boards.

This warranty does not apply to repairs necessitated by abuse, flooding, improper maintenance, foundation settling or subfloor movement. Consequential or incidental damages resulting from other installation services are not covered by this warranty.

Ga Laminate will make every effort to insure your satisfaction with our products and service. In all events, however, our liability is limited to replacement of the merchandise or the invoice value of any material deemed unsatisfactory prior to installation.

Ga Laminate warrants that, to the best of our knowledge, the prices and other conditions of each sale do not violate any applicable government order or regulation. No change in, or modification of, Ga Laminate terms of sale shall be valid except as set forth herein. In addition Ga Laminate has made no warranty, or representation express or implied, relative to the merchandise covered by any order.
