I won’t be using this company again. Unreliable. They were supposed to transport my vehicle. I waited around for hours and got a call that they would be arriving by 8… i then received a call around 10:15 (thinking he was pulling in the sub division) instead, the call was asking if I wanted to wait until the morning or deliver my vehicle now. I decided to wait till the morning. (I had a prior engagement and was waiting around for them to come which made me late).
The next day, I received a text asking what time did I want it delivered in which I responded ‚“anytime this morning.” The driver stated it would be around 11:30; however, that didn’t happen. I received a picture around 2pm with my car finally loaded onto the back of a truck bed, then a call that stated he was on the way and he would be charging me more because some trouble he had. Which I was puzzled.
By the time he arrived which was right at 4 (not the original time of 11:30).I asked why was I charged more since we had agreed to $ 150. He stated he had to do more to the vehicle since I didn’t have keys and the tires are big (which he knew and even came to the vehicle and quoted me a price the day before). I stated that as a business owner, If anything changes in price, you contact the person beforehand and not while the car is in tow to tell them of a $ 50 price difference and to see if the customer wants to proceed. The driver did get loud with me and stated that he had taken good care of my vehicle and delivered it properly (but aren’t you supposed to? You’re getting paid for a service. You aren’t working for free).
I ended up paying $ 30 instead of $ 50 more. and to be honest, I only did it because he towed it to my residence and I wanted him out my hair.
I will not be using this company again. Don’t agree to a price then change it without Contacting a person beforehand to make them aware of changes.
