I hate coffee but i NEED caffeine — The coffee here is so much better than that overpriced Seattle chain and the staff at this location is always wonderful.

Been coming here since they opened. Both way early in the morning and super late at night when they’re about to close. Always have had good service and friendly cashiers/baristas. Definitely a fan of this location

How can you be out of raised sugared and glazed doughnuts? You did know that this was a doughnut shop right? Staff was nice about it but didn’t seem to have a clue why they were out of a basic item. Will give them another shot next time I am in the area but two strikes and I probably wouldn’t be back. This is a new location so it’s clean, but it’s somewhat hard to get to unless you are coming from the north on Scenic Hwy(GA124) or heading West on Sugarloaf Pkwy.

My daughter purchased a $ 25 gift card for my birthday and when I went on line to add it to my phone app there was a 0 balance. I called my daughter to find out which DD she went to and to get the receipt. I go to this DD4 – 7 times a week and post of the employees know me by name. I buy bag coffee and single serving coffee and brewed and iced coffee OFTEN. When I stopped by with the paid receipt I was told«somebody had used it» I said that I nor my daughter had used it. I was reduced to tears as I was basically called a liar. My business with DD is over and I plan to post to FB and have my friends share this story along with the location of this and the sister store in. What is the good of a receipt? I left the card at the store, it was worthless. Starbucks, here I come!!!

Stopped in for a hot cocoa on a cold day. The place is very clean and I was greeted and waited on very quickly. My order was half right. I asked for a vanilla cream donut but I got a Bavarian cream instead. Easy mistake, so I won’t hold it against them this time. I’ll probably be back!
