I arrived to Atlanta for a family gathering during Christmas, so I wanted my trip to be a memorable experience. I gave the company my flight information and the time I wanted to be picked up. The driver texted me before he arrived to give me a notice. During the drive to my brother-in-law’s house, I tried to make some conversation with the driver, and usually limo drivers give brief remarks, but my driver was actually kind of nice. The car was clean, had good temperature control, and no obnoxious music. It was very pleasant.

I used the service to get to the airport. I received a text when the driver was on the way, which was nice. The driver was early which was also nice. But, that’s where my positive feedback ends. The vehicle smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. The driver asked me twice during the ride if he was going the right way. If you’re reasonable for driving people to the airport, you should know how to get there and, if you don’t, use Google maps. I definitely would not recommend using this service.

I used this service in Atlanta on Saturday for the football game at the Georgia Dome. I paid for 7 hours. I gave the driver a parking pass to use to wait in the parking garage for us where he let us out. He left the dome during the game and could not get back in so he said! We had to wait, make numerous phone calls and walk blocks to ever find him after the game. Calling
for help was useless and the owner was very unhelpful and made no apologies! DO not let yourself get booked with this company!
