OK. So I am from Los Angeles California and I have taken the same high end dress shirts(e.g., Faconnable) to my local cleaners with no problem. I took my shirts to this place and 3 shirts literally dissolved in their care! First, they damaged two which I simply cannot find anymore, anywhere and they put a label on it saying that it was my fault. So, I took it back and they said that it was something about the PH acidity level that interacted with the ink parts of the 2 shirts. They actually had holes on them in random parts! They were nice enough to pay the fair market price of these shirts. Then a third shirt’s collar virtually tore across the seam as if it was paper! I have never seen anything like that. It was incredible. I have no idea what type of 1960’s toxic cleaner material this company uses, but I am sure it is not up to date. This never happened to me once in Los Angeles. So, I decided to go to Eco Logic on Iowa and up to now I have had no one issue with my shirts. This company supposedly uses eco friendly products so that might make the difference. Now, I am not a marketer for Eco Logic but they do work well when it comes to high end clothes. Now, if you have economical clothes material take it somewhere else if you like.
