A native of California, Dr Herrera graduated from the University of California, San Francisco in 1982, with Bachelors of Dental Science and Doctorate of Dental Surgery degrees.
After dental school, Dr Herrera served in the United States Army Dental Corps. Dr Herrera has been practicing in Lawrence, Kansas, since July of 1999.
