It’s too bad, because these guys are my neighbors and seemed very friendly, but I would not hire this company again on account that when I did hire them I told them I only needed my lawn mowed every two weeks. I then went out of town for a month and a half to come home to a very concerned neighbor. First thing when I pull up, she comes up to me to tell me they’ve been taking advantage of the fact that no one has been home all summer and have been mowing my lawn twice a week. At first, I’m confused. then I check the bills they’ve sent me, and sure enough I was getting charged for twice a week the entire time I was gone. I call the company and let them know of their mistake, and they won’t comp what they’ve already charged me even though I specifically didn’t ask for it. So I let it go. I continue to use their services which was a big mistake. These guys continue to show up twice a week. the first time they did it again I walked outside of my house and told the guy mowing my yard, «Hey. do you see the grass, you don’t need to mow it when it’s like this, I only need you guys here every two weeks.» 3 days later they are in my lawn mowing it again. this goes on for another two weeks before finally I call and ask for the owner and tell him I’m canceling his services because of everything that has taken place. This lawn mowing company continued to show up on my property and mow my lawn for two more weeks, and every time I had to go out and tell them, «yo. you’ve been fired, I’m not paying for this, stop showing up» And then I got billed for those after I had told them their services were no longer needed…
I ended up paying $ 250 worth the services I didn’t want or ask for.
