Never been here, came in, the place is clean, traditional diner setting, ordered the coconut shrimp in Piña colada sauce… To die for! Service was I point, well be back again

We love this place. They have great food at great prices and are just the best service around.

Needed a place that was open 24hours after a late night of drinking in Far Rockaway. My friend and I found this diner and went in. It was empty so we got seated right away. I ordered a medium well steak. It came out 9 minutes after. It was well done, had no taste and it was hard to chew. The service was great but the food was just horrible.

Best diner around! Their sausage is unlike any other! I always get a side! I come with my coworkers for a quick lunch and everyone is always happy with their food :) the service is also kind and pleasant!

This is the worst diner I’ve ever been to. Chipped plates, my pancakes taste like onions, my bacon is soggy (how is that even possible ?!?), home fries are more like tasteless mashed potatoes. The best thing is the ice water…
Please avoid this place and just drive up the road to IHOP if you’re feeling like some pancakes.

Greasy spoon is a great description of this throwback place, which might more accurately be named Lawrence «Coffee Shop» due to the limited hours and limited menu. When you enter, you see the booths all tilted out of proportion. The smell is of burnt oil from the griddle. Your «waiter» asks if you need a menu? The menu looks like it’s 20 years old. We order and the food arrives… Excellent Bacon Cheese burgers. Excellent tuna salad platter. On a second visit, Excellent Greek Omelette. It’s hard to believe that a place that looks like this serves good food, but it does. You pay the check at the counter. The waiter didn’t expect a tip but got one… Men’s room urinal was «out of service and is now gone!». Everyone should experience this place once. Bring cash because I don’t think they take credit cards. But the total cost probably wont be much higher than the fast food joints. NB. The portions here are «health conscious» so while you won’t leave hungry, you won’t leave with a doggy bag either. Try to get a seat where you can watch the other customers who are truly entertaining. In fact, there should be a reality show based here! Call before coming because they frequently close very early, sometimes before 5pm.

This is the breakfast place to be. Great staff. Shabby interior but you can’t beat the price! Grill right in front. Good coffee.

You can’t beat the prices at this diner. I know, the décor needs major revamping. But my favorite places are usually hole I’m the wall types of places. I come with the wife every Sunday morning for breakfast. The pancakes are delicious and the sausages are nice and plump and juicy. It definitely beats the Sherwood Diner next door. You just have to give it a chance. Also, be sure to bring cash since they don’t take credit cards.
