History

Established in 2001.

In 2000 K.L. Homolka opened up K’s Tire and ran it for eight years. In February of 2008 he was ready to retire and sold the business to Jimmy Baker. Jimmy has ran it since then with the same name and same great customers that K always had and has also brought in new customers and businesses. In February of 2011 Jimmy and his staff expanded into automotive repair and front-​end alignments.

Jimmy grew up in West Tennessee a little north of Memphis, TN. He moved to the area in March of 1999 with his wife and small child. Fifteen years later and four kids later Jimmy and his family enjoy the little things of life like good KU basketball games, KC Chiefs football, good Mexican food, good church services, a good steak, and lots of hugs and kisses from the family.
