Gentle Dentistry

Hands down, the best dentist in this town, probably even in the county. My first big impression from this place was the kindness of Dr. Hoang. I had about an 8 month gap between cleanings, and I was so surprised when I came in and she was asking me questions about school, job hunting, and basically everything we talked about 8 months prior. It’s that kind of personal touch and care that made me really love Gentle Dentistry. This place is the best for customer service and the people who work there are kind, courteous, and professional. Dr. Hoang and her staff are never vague with explaining what is going on, how my teeth and gums are doing, and every time I have to get a cleaning they make sure I am comfortable, and tell me exactly what will happen next.
They have worked with me in fixing problems such as my night guard not fitting properly, even waving the fee for me when all I needed was an adjustment. They even worked with me on scheduling issues where I couldn’t make it during any of their business hours. I’m moving soon, and I have to change insurances, but if able I will continue to go to Gentle Dentistry as long as possible.

Had my first appt at Gentle Dentistry this morning. I was very impressed and satisfied with my visit. Dr. Christine Hoang and her staff are very friendly, kind and considerate. They were very patient in explaining what was being done during my x-​rays, cleaning and exam. I feel very confident about the care I will receive to keep my teeth and gums as healthy as possible. A big THANK YOU to everyone I met today for making me feel so very welcome! :)
