History
Established in 2003.
Dave has been doing on-site computer repair service since 1990 and started in academic support and was hired to be a Computer Lab Manager @ Johnson County Community College
While taking a year off for KU law school, the pull of computing was too strong and he returned to be the Director of Academic Computing @ Kansas City Art Institute
After KCAI, he had a short term at H&R Block’s final level of support for the Worldwide HQ. However, Dave was happiest providing personal computer support and took an opportunity to work for a company called Geeks on Wheels. He changed the company from a 1 tech operation to a powerhouse, expanding the company to KC as well as Colorado, and managed a staff of 10
Geeks was eventually merged into another company and changed its focus, and thus he moved on to a similar on-site repair company.
Finally Dave realized that he likes to have a 1 – 1 relationship with his customers and decided to got out on his own in 2003
Meet the Business Owner

Business Owner
As the slogan says, I’ve been making «mouse calls» since 1990. I’ve worked in corporate and academic computing, but I enjoy small office/home office/residential service best.
Even though I work in the computing field, I don’t consider myself a techie. I’m a people person and I help people with their computers.
The best part of the job is the people I meet and the interesting things they do with their technology. Oh, and meeting their dogs is the highlight of my day since I’m such a dog person.
Customers say my best quality is I don’t talk down to them or make them feel inadequate. Everyone is good at something, my skill just happens to be computers. I’m terrible at home repairs and couldn’t change a tire if my life depended on it.
My goal is to make sure people understand want went wrong, let them know it isn’t their fault, and tell them how to prevent it from happening again.
Isn’t that what every good doctor should do?
