Established in 2000.

Camson Properties is a family owned, Lawrence-​based property ownership, management and investment company. All our properties were built by local land development and residential construction company, Mallard Homes. Camson Properties continues to be owned by the principals of Mallard Homes.

By building, owning, and managing our properties in the same community we call «home», we are able to provide superior tenant service and high-​caliber luxury residences at a fair value. All property decisions are made right here in Lawrence, allowing us to be responsive to tenant needs and concerns on a personal level and in a timely manner. We are not an out of town corporate owner disconnected from our residents and properties.
