Such a horrible experience here. I don’t know why I’ve been going to them for so long, probably because of location, but everything here is bassackwards. The staff are disorganized, there’s no communication between MA’s at the desk. The wait time is always over an hour just for you to see a doctor or a PA for 10 – 15 minutes while they click on a screen while half listening to you with one ear. They need to learn to talk and to listen to all of their patients, obviously there are exceptions working there but so far, the patient care I’ve experienced here is horrible. Going to another doctors office ASAP.

They have always found time to give me an appointment when other doctors wanted me to wait days to be seen. So that is a big Plus. I have always been treated with courtesy and the doctors have provided attentive care. The only reason that I did not give the practice five stars is the promotion of vitamins, oils and related products and services by the doctors. There are signs posted around the office promoting products and the doctors frequently try to sell some thing during the examination. That makes me uncomfortable and is really not professional.

I’ve only had good experiences with this practice. We have been going here for about 8 years, since we left a doctor who we found out was a real quack.
No unnecessary testing is done. They are thorough and complete. The office staff has been very responsive to our needs for referrals and further information, including billing.
Placing myself and my family members in the hands of physicians are of paramount importance to me. Arsenio Medical certainly has won my trust.

Dr. Spera is the most unprofessional, arrogant & rude service provider I have ever met. I would not recommend him, or his practice to anyone.
