I am so disappointed with this place. I called many cleaners and felt comforatable taking my wedding dress here. They were much more expensive but i felt that they would do a good job and it was worth it. I was definitely wrong. When I had called I asked about how the dress was preserved, what it came in, ect. They said a nice box and that I would be able to see everything (shoes, veil, hanger) because i wanted to display the dress. When I received it, it was in a cardboard box, with writing everywhere and with a very small cheap clear plastic opening, where I could barely see the dress. I took it back and they did offer to fix it but not until i had to make a big deal. It was not what i was promised and for the price I was really shocked. It has been 2 months since I brought back the dress. The guy there said the dress would be ready within a few weeks. Since i never received a call the first time it was finished, I went down to the store to be told that they didnt have it. No phone call saying that it was going to take long, no apology no nothing. The worker there had offered to have the manager call me that day, and they never did. This was a few days ago and still no phone call. After I get my dress I will never return to this place and will obviously never recommend them. Hopefully it will be at least semi fixed and if not will have to take it to somewhere that can do a better job. I live 30 minutes away so having to make this many trips has been frustrating. I hope that when I finally get to speak to a manager they will be able to offer me something for the time, trouble, frustration and overall disappoinment with their services.
