The demeanor of this audiologist was the worst I have ever witness in the health care profession. She made me feel that I was inadequate and was missing out on life. She had no consideration for the fact that I am the one who is living with the hearing loss not her. At one point I had to stop her rant on how I was being totally irresponsible in not getting a hearing aid, only to be told not to interrupt her. This was not a discussion about my quality of life, this was a discussion about her selling me a hearing aid.
I found out that she is out of network for my insurance coverage and wonder if that was the reason she was treating me with less consideration?
The rest of the office Drs. and staff are as sweet as can be, yet, beware of her cocky and hostile attitude.
