I was astonishingly disappointed and even disgusted with the service from this dealership. After my experience here I don’t even feel I can call It a dealership. After buying two cars from this «dealership» neither lasted more than 3 months, the owner avoided me when I had trouble and his employees would tell me based on the paperwork they have in their office that they knew I was sold faulty vehicles. Then the owner gets on the phone and says «It’s just the battery, It’s just the battery.» I’ve bought cars around the globe and this may be the most crooked dealership I’ve come across. I highly suggest not wasting a breath considering a purchase from this «dealership». I wish I had better things to say but best of luck to you out there searching for a new vehicle, you can feel better knowing what place not to trust.

I just bought a car here recently. After going to a few auto lots, and being either completely ignored, and lied to,“people come here all the time and put 20,000 dollars down, as a down payment”, it was refreshing to work with Kevin Truong. Thank you Kevin, for making this process, as painless as possible, and for not being like so many of those other salesmen, who make your skin crawl, cause they are so shady/​seedy.
The carfax was good, car is great, payments are just right, and Kevin made it possible.
If you are looking for a used car, with reasonable payments, and minimal hassle, then come to Universal Auto Plaza, and ask for Kevin Truong. don’t waste your time at those other lots.

Things turned out ok.
My girlfriend and I ended up here after looking at several other car dealerships… just on a whim ended up here. She saw a ‚“cute little car!” I did some research on the make and model, and found her car was a hidden gem. We spoke with Kevin Truong who was very polite, helpful, and knowledgeable. We took the car out for a test drive, went back to seal the deal, only to be run back and forth over the period of 3 days.
However this car was a deal, and ever though we knew they were gonna try and screw her over it, I had to teach her to pick her battles. In this case the battle was over the amount per month in payments, as opposed to the amount she’d save in gas, and insurance monthly, which means in the end by the 2^nd month of ownership she’d come out on top, and after a year when her credit score climbs dramatically she’ll refinance and really come out a winner.
So thank you Kevin, you took care of her.
