My husband went yesterday to meet with David for a Honda Odyssey they had in stock. I wasn’t there, but what I can tell you is everything my husband said. David was a great guy. Really made everything happen to my husbands liking. He said all of the staff was nice and real cool people. The van is great! It was a smooth process. Not stressful at all! We got the warranty for a fair price seeing that it is used. And we now have peace of mind!
I highly recommend. Customer service and honesty is #1 and there is no bulls$&t here. If you want a car, come in and know what you want, what you want to pay, what you can afford, and just have all of your ducks in a row. Thanks David for taking care of my husband yesterday. You guys are great!

I was having a hard time finding a car after a bankruptcy, new car dealers, including CARMAX, lied about helping me. If $ 10k is help, no thanks, I didn’t stand a chance. Not only did SHOW CASE Motor’s hook me up with a Very! Very! Nice car, but payments I can afford and a more reasonable down payment. Thank you! God, and David Bailey the car man.

Lemon Alert!!! Had a pretty smooth time with initial visit and finance setup with my 2011 Mini Cooper. Left feeling pretty positive about the dealership in Feb 2015. Fast forward 2 months later April 2015 started hearing rattle in car. Take it to mini dealership to get checked out. 2,000 timing chain issue. Unfortunately it broke and I had to pay the 2k. Try to contact show case motors to see if the would assist in the costs. Never got a call back. Very disappointed. Will not recommend, and if you still decide to buy from these guys, go have a mechanic look at first.

I JUST LOVE THIS PLACE!!! The prices are GREAT as well as the millage on the cars! I was totally pleased with my purchase and monthly payments Yessss ;) all the way around! The staff was Awesome salesman David was The Best. I’ve purchased a car from him at another dealer and i Trust his opinion on cars! Also it’s a small place and they make you feel so secure. Typical small trashy dealer. Their cars are high mileage, and overpriced. They post nice looking cars online, but don’t have it in inventory. I showed up at 6PM and they were closing down, despite their site saying they are open until 7. I asked the guy to show me something and he left me hanging, had to show myself out. Waste of time.

Great Cars for reasonable prices! The staff is great! Kevin, Dave, Ronnie, Shireen and Concepcion make an Awesome team. They’re always available when I need them for help with my car which is a 2008 Audi A4. They referred me to a friend of theirs who works on all of their cars and he is just as trustworthy and honest! I’m so glad to have met these great people! I’m definitely getting my next luxury car from SHOWCASE MOTORS! I Highly recommend them!

Bought my 2009 Audi A4 from there. the salesman answered all my questions, since I’m a first time buyer I was pretty lost, but I’ve had my car for 3 weeks and it is everything that I thought it would be like. There were so many great cars to choose from and in the end the salesman was there to help me decide which one was the best fit for me.

Don’t bother with Showcase Motors. I saw a 1993 corvette that looked great in the pictures. Called about it asking all the questions, how does is run? what shape is it in? etc I was told it ran great and was in good shape considering the year. I told them I would like to know as much as possible because I would be driving 2 hrs to get there. I knew the car had been there almost 250 days which was a red flag to me but Kevin said not everyone is looking for a corvette. So I was hoping for the best. After talking to them a couple times I told them I was planning to come up on Sunday. They said call the day before to make sure it wasn’t sold, so I did and said I would appreciate it if they had it ready for a test drive and he said sure we will have it all ready for you. I got there, the car was not ready, it was not even been wiped down, they had to start it with a battery charger. The exterior was not in good shape in my estimation. The car had scratches which I could have overlooked or could have been fixed a bit. When the car started the engine wined and made various noises another big red flag! I did drive it since it took 2 hrs to get there. The automatic transmission was very rough and had difficulty shifting and lurched when it did shift. This car was definitely not in good shape at all. I wasn’t sure it would actually make it home! They were asking over the excellent blue book price, so I really expected better. This car was not well taken care of somewhere down the line. We have a 1988 corvette at home that was in much better shape than this one! It really was a waste of a drive. I asked about another car on the lot since I was there. It didn’t start either! So that was the end for me. As far as customer service goes, it’s a big fat zero. They knew I was coming for few days before so no reason for them to not have it ready. They weren’t honestly answering my questions. I was sadly disappointed with this experience. I will surely not be back!

Eh… well the process was quick n easy, the customer service was Ok. The man that helped me seemed friendly, though they do not know much about what they are selling, I believe that their intentions are good, but they just do not inspect there vehicles properly, on the Car I bought I was assured everything was in great condition, they had checked out everything, so I did my own inspection and found a few problems I actually brought up to them they test drove n said it was fine when I knew it was not, however the Vehicle they had there was extremely rare, which they also did not know, they didn’t even know all the features the Car had, I had brought a few of them to their attention and they said wow I didn’t know it had that, so I stopped showing them as I would not want them to increase the price if they had found out, so with that in mind and knowing I can fix the problems myself I purchased the Vehicle, and I am extremely happy to add it to my collection, it was extremely hard to find and I could not pass it up. So in my opinion this place is Ok but they need to pay more attention to detail, in my case it worked out to my advantage. However to others that may not know how to work on cars please do an inspection you would not want to buy a vehicle with a serious flaw that they most likely over looked. All in all they have beautiful cars on the lot at great prices, the customer service is ok they just need to be more organized, and the biggest flaw of all is their attention to detail, I believe if they actually were able to find and repair the problems they could eventually become a very reputable dealer in So Cal. ALSO they take forever to send License plates but that’s ok I rather enjoy their dealer plate.

I visited this dealership on a business /​pleasure trip to LA. Met with Steven and had a good conversation. He seemed honest about the car and the dealership. Said he would call about the offer I made. Didn’t hear anything. I followed up via email and still didn’t hear anything. They say things happen for a reason. Maybe the reason is all of the bad reviews that others have posted on Unilocal?I’ve purchased a lot of cars, and most dealers will pester a buyer till the deal is done, continue to negotiate back and forth, etc. This one is silent before the sale… what would post sale be like?

They sell lemon cars. STAY AWAY.
