Best Insurance! Called about 5 companies and all of them were charging me a high deposit. I called Sameday Insurance and Lorena Diaz was so nice over the phone. Lorena explained in detail what each coverage was and how it applied. Her knowledge with insurance is exceptional. I highly recommend Sameday Insurance Services.

I’ve been going to Abraham Santana for 3 years now and he has ALWAYS given me the best quotes for my situations. Today he saved me extra money from just doing this Unilocal review! There’s always a new deal when I come to see him every year. He sends courtesy emails to his clients and he actually sent me a check for $ 25 when I referred my boyfriend. What other car insurance company does that? This review should self-explain my loyalty.

As Sam V mentioned, I got charged twice in the same month for a total of 360 $. The second charge was not mentioned whatsoever by the agent when I signed the paperwork. His explanation for the charge did not make sense. He even spoke to me as if I was an idiot. Agreed, false promises by both agents I dealt with. I’m surprised they haven’t been sued yet.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! We got ripped off from SameDay and their partners Finance Auto Sales!
We were insured for Sunday night, called Monday to cancel so I could switch to Farmers and I was told that I couldn’t cancel until the dealership sent them proof of insurance which I had already done. The rep Sal told me on Wednesday that he cancelled my policy but I had to pay a $ 250 processing fee. I paid $ 170 on the day I signed up and just got charged another $ 228 and now they don’t know if they will refund me any of my money. I don’t even have the car because u took it back on Wednesday!!! Why won’t they just cancel my policy and give me my money back?! I already had to pay $ 750 to Finance for returning a piece of shit car.

Jony tolentino definitely contributed to me having an awesome experience here at sameday. The dealership I bought my car referred me to him and I’m glad he did. He’s very patient and worked with me, this was my first experience getting on my own insurance and he explained everything thoroughly and I left with a full understanding of what I was paying for and what not. The first insurance company I went to quoted me for 500 dollars a month I knew I couldn’t do anything nearly close to that. When I spoke with jony he found a problem to my solution. He got me a rate at 200 for two cars & I couldn’t be happier with the service and price I got from jony.

So I was purchasing a new car and they wouldn’t let me drive off the lot without insurance (sucks) it was late and I’m like how am I supposed to look for insurance at this time I felt so pressured! They told me they had a insurance guy on site.. I was very skeptical but I said OK I will get a quote.
He was very personable (Tony).he understood my concern… It was taking a little long so I’m like «I just want a quote» he told me bare with him he’s giving me an exact price so I know what to expect as well as the competitors! That made me feel wayyyy better!
All in all I got the policy I was off the lot and happy. Low deductible legit paperwork… And a new agent that I feel comfortable to call if I have any questions! I totally recommend him!

Very helpful staff, Jony is the go to man! Came in for a quote, gave me info on the break down of insur, good stuff! You learn something new everyday! He gave me 2 quotes, & when I said I was still trying to shop around he didn’t hassle me about just going ahead & going with his quotes.
