Unethical, unethical, unethical… this company took complete advantage of my situation with lies and unnecessary work… they tell you how much they care when you talk to them but all they care is about ripping you off and making as much money from you as possible… stay away from Immediate Response Restoration

Had Bryan come out and assess the damage we had from an issue we had with our water heater. Had some damage to the walls. Bryan came out to repair our platform so that we could use our water heater. Then had his worker come out later to have the walls repaired. He also adjusted the price based on the fact that we were handling some of the repairs on our own. Good work.

OK, so ESR and IRR have very negative reviews. Maybe after all the one-​star reviews their policies changed, I don’t know. What I do know is I have just finished with the removal, remediation and reconstruction of four rooms after a hot-​water pipe burst. Mike was the contractor with IRR. He looked over everything, saw what needed to be done and got everything moving. Daïs, his right-​hand guy got to work. Four weeks of tearing out, drying out, remediation, a couple of testings and reconstruction and everything… everything looks better than before the pipe burst!
At no point was Mike or Daïs unprofessional. They were always courteous and informative. Everything was explained and my questions were always answered. If I had any concerns or questions i could text or call Mike and if he didn’t pick up, he always called back; every single time! Not once did he not immediately call me back.
Dina at the IRR office just called me to ask after the service provided and I was happy to tell her how much I appreciated Mike’s work and how he went beyond what he needed to do.
The pack-​out people when walking the moldy wet items from one room, dripped it across an undamaged room with 1-​year old carpet… it was a mess and I mentioned to Mike how unhappy I was about the pack-​out company not yet cleaning it. He called them immediately. My carpet was cleaned within a few days!
I hope not to need reconstruction or mold-​remediation or any of those things again but I wouldn’t have any hesitation on using IRR, providing I can have Mike and Daïs come back to do the work.
