I Bought a torta and got sick over the weekend… The sauce was bad and the carnitas were old… Bad food…

I’ll drive out to this spot just to get a diablito. Not many Hispanic spots that sell these out where I live. $ 5 will get you a good sized cup and a tamarindo stick on the side. Bomb.

3 real double corn tortilla Mexican tacos with sliced radishes, limes and a can of Coke for about $ 5. Delicious. Perfect. Go.

WOW! They have an expansion that added a kitchen to their store. The quality of the food and taste was superb. The torta tasted just like a torta I would get in Mexico with a slice of Panela cheese. We also had the carne asada nachos that were a lot and they did not cheap out on the portions. I repeat, they serve a lot of food portions. I was reccomended to try the food by my dad which your traditional eat every meal at home type.

We bought a few lbs of prepared carne asada and it was VERY greasy and had no flavor. Not impressed at all. They are pricey. Their avocados are delicious and literally melt in your mouth, but they are expensive $ 3 dollars or 2 for $ 5. Other than that I wouldn’t buy anything else at this place.

This place is amazing! They have the best prepared chicken and carne asada for a GREAT price. It’s little and family owned, very tiny. It has everything if you don’t want to stop at other places. They have HUGE avocados, good cheeses, guacamole… definitely check this place out.

Must stop for any game day BBQ, great deals on carne asada and marinated chicken. Just wish the produce would be fresher.

I have been going to Dayro Market for at least 2 years and the prepared carne asada is the best that I have found in the southbay. Yesterday I was having a get together for about 33 people so I bought 20lbs of carne asada, I couldn’t cook the meat fast enough as soon as 1 would com of the grill somebody was eating it. I didn’t cook it all or it would all be gone. everyone at the event asked me where I got the meat from, so I told them and now I am telling you. If you like carne asada you will definately like the lean meat you get from Dayro Market.

Dayro is a small convenience store that also sports a top notch carniceria. Their pre marinated Carne Ranchera is one of the best I have ever had. I pick up a couple lbs of the stuff at just under $ 5 per lb and I have a great Carne Cookout about once a month. The cut is very lean and their marinade is full of all kinds of flavor. They also have fresh prepared guacamole and all kinds of good cheeses and chorizo. Its the meat thats the star of the show here however…
