Chuy is the ONLY person I will let tint my cars. Always does professional, affordable, and honest work and the best part is that he’s Mobile! I still have the same tint on my car he did 5 years ago and it still looks amazing. You won’t find another shop with the same quality performance as Chuys. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

UNPROFESSIONAL AND WASTE OF TIME.
Truthfully, I used them on a previous car and did a good job. Called company a week in advance and scheduled appointment after maneuvering my schedule to get tints.
On day of, the owner calls me 20 minutes past our appointment with the crappiest «my dog ate my homework and I’m sick in bed right now» excuse.
Sure buddy…
Wasted my time. Time = money. I can’t respect businesses with no integrity and lack of committment to their customers.
CHUYS AUTO TINT… YOU FAIL!

I had my windows tinted back in 2012 when I purchased a new vehicle and in the 3 years I owned that car I never had any issues with my tint and got compliments on it all the time. Unfortunately the car itself was a lemon so I no longer have that to show pictures but I am having the windows on my new car done today and will post pictures upon completion! I would absolutely recommend this business to anyone looking for a great customer service experience that comes along with long-​lasting tint!

Had my new 2015 Prius tinted by Chuy. Job came out great and the best part of him being mobile is I was able to be at work while having the car tinted. Will be recommending to other friends and family and having my other car done in the near future.

Chuy has done my tinting for years, even back when he was off of Artesia in Gardena. He does great work and provides great customer service.

Chuy is awesome. I just had a second car done by him today. He did another car a few weeks ago. I have expensive cars and am very picky. He shows up on time, uses top quality products, and does a very good job. I would recommend him to anyone who needs their windows tinted.

His nephew Carlitos installed a rear view camera in my Volvo with went out 2 months after installing, he said he would fixed it, unfortunately for me when I went back they WERE GONE!
When I called them, Chuy and Carlitos, refused to fix.

So of course I had to put a review, and I took a business card to put up for other people to see in my office… best tint job around, and convenient too because it’s mobile tinting, so I was able to get it done without having to drive anywhere. Chuy is a great guy that runs a good business. I am a repeat customer of his for good reason. The fact that I can get my car windows tinted right in front of my own home is great. No hassles, just straightforward business.
When I first had Chuy tint my windows, it was on my 3-​series. I got limo tint for the rear windows, and 35 for the front side windows. Although my buddies warned me that I might get pulled over, I never had an issue. The tint was good quality, and never peeled of bubbled. I appreciated the tint blocking out the sun, which made my commute through the Los Angeles freeways far more pleasant. After all, the sun is great when I’m surfing, not when I’m dealing with tailgaters on the 405.
The second time Chuy tinted my windows was on my business car. This car had more surface area to cover, and it was a bit trickier. This time, I got limo tints on the rear windows and 25 on the front side windows. When I was considering getting very light tint on the windshield and sunroof, Chuy advised against it due to possible scratches (from the tools he needs to use) being visible. Honesty is appreciated, and that is why I keep hiring him to do my tints.
Chuy works out of a shop close to Torrance and Redondo Beach, and can come to you to get the job done. He’s very friendly and a good conversationalist. I highly recommend his service.

I truly hate to leave a bad review of a business, and I believe that much of what went wrong with Chuy originated with misunderstandings.
We initially asked for medium on my car and light on my wife’s, including front windshield in very light tint. He agreed on a two car price and we set an appointment for both cars. He showed up to my apartment building and we realized we had never discussed he doesn’t do apartment buildings. He said that due to a film color misunderstanding he upgraded our front film to a higher level 3M product, no price change. I appreciated that and said I would bring the cars by his home and we would have the work done in his driveway.
Upon getting my car home I checked it over with my wife, this was my fault because I should have discussed any flaws before leaving. We saw a lot of dust trapped in the passenger side, more than we believed is acceptable, along with a scratch or imperfection on the windshield in clear view of the driver seat.
She called him and said she wanted to cancel her tint. He said he was mostly done but would remove the film and charge us for the materials. We asked he complete the work and that we honor the original deal, but he said he didn’t want to complete it and didn’t feel comfortable working with us.
We asked again to complete the work when we picked up the car, but he again said no. I felt bad for the communication errors and problems, so I apologized via text to him for my misunderstandings concerning tint and the amount of dust to be expected, and he accepted it.
A day later I let him know we were being turned away from other tint shops because of the weird circumstances, and I asked him for a shop recommendation or again if we could have the tint done through him. He never responded.
My car was done at the price of the two car discounted rate, so I don’t have a warranty on the work (on his quote sheet is says warranty only on full price). I don’t believe I’ll be getting any additional contact from him concerning any issues with my tint.

Fast and affordable, got me in on the same day, having him come back and do our other car. Can’t say enough good things about this guy. My truck looks amazing, worth the call people.

Chuy, as always thank you for the great service. The tint looks great and I never had any issues with the tint that you have done on any of my cars. To any future customers, Chuy is the guy you want tinting your vehicle. He does great work, provides excellent customer service and his prices are extremely fair. He does not use cheap tint either! Your tint will last, trust me.

Another exceptional service and great quality work! This time I brought in my BMW and Chuy removed the existing old tint and installed the new 3M tint. My car now looks great and the workmanship is outstanding! I highly recommend Chuy for your auto tint installation and you will not be disappointed. Great guys that know their stuff! It was a little pricey, but for the quality of tint that I have on my car, I wouldn’t go cheap. I have no complaints. Great customer service and my Lexus looks great! Thanks guys!

Very prompt and on time and did the job quickly. I’ve had many cars tinted and he did a GREAT job. Price was really reasonable especially considering the convenience of home service. I highly recommend him!
