Advanced paralegal services

I rarely write reviews on Unilocal unless I have had a stand-​out experience. And Mr. Tabibi at Advanced Paralegal Services is great! He just cuts to the chase; he provides friendly, efficient, honest, and affordable service.
My friend needed help in handling a ticket she received, one that she felt she didn’t deserve. She has never gotten into trouble with the law before so she was very stressed out about it and decided she needed professional counseling on how to best take care of it. She decided she wanted to use Advanced Paralegal Services because it is right off a freeway exist she always exists. Because she was so stressed, she asked me to come along with her to her Advanced Paralegal Services appointment — so I went with her.
When we got to the office very stressed and Mr. Tabibi was running a little late for our appointment so we got a little more stressed. But after the appointment started and my friend started to tell her story and he started to give her some direction and options on what to do next, we became relaxed. We left there feeling confident in the next steps we needed to take and in the fact that we weren’t going into a situation blind. We knew all of our options and possible ramifications.
After the appointment we had a few follow-​up calls and a lawyer met us on-​time at the courthouse the day of our court hearing. Needless to say, the ticket was dismissed. My friends record wasn’t effected by it and we were all able to move on. Whew!
I have never needed to work with a lawyer or paralegal before. So, I was nervous about this whole experience. But, Mr. Tabibi and the whole staff at Advanced Paralegal Services made the process simple and made us feel supported throughout the process. If I or anyone I know ever needs legal representation again, I will definitely use them again.

I never been to a business as unethical and unprofessional as this one. Jackie just kept putting off my case and would tell me that she misspelled my E-​mail or dialed the wrong number as an excuse for not contacting me. She made many errors on my paperwork and when she filed it she said that the court rejected the forms. I went there for the first time on June 11^th, 2014 and she told me it would only take a couple of weeks. It’s September 11^th, 2014 and when I went to the Torrance court, they said that there had been no filings since April 2014. However, Jackie said that she sent someone to file them and didn’t know what happened. She wouldn’t give me reassurance that she was going to follow up and see what happened right away. She didn’t even respond to the Email I sent her asking her for an explanation. I had to call her and she just kept repeating the same thing over and over again. All she knew is that she sent my paperwork with someone. Ok… so what good does that do to me if my paperwork is not filed? They wanted me to wait again while they «researched». If I hadn’t already had a bad experience with Jackie, I probably would’ve believe them. But she just seemed like she was neglecting my case from the beginning. Then, the owner talked to me and when I told him that I just wanted a refund, he kicked me out of his business as if I was a crazy woman with a weapon or something. I called him the next day asking him about my case because I had paid my whole balance and he just kept defending Jackie and not telling me anything about my case. He just insulted me and hanged up on me. He then called me minutes later to tell me that he was going to send another person to the court again and that I could pick up the proof at 5:00pm. I told him that that’s all I wanted to hear. Someone that would just resolve the issue and resolve it as soon as possible since Jackie had already made me wait so long. He got very upset at this and went off again on me and said that I was a «pain in the ass». I’m sorry Mr. David but if you don’t want to give me my money back, I HAVE THE RIGHT TO THE SERVICES JACKIE SAID SHE WOULD DO in a timely manner INCLUDING filing my paperwork with the court. I can’t believe this is an actual «business.»
DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS PEOPLE. They lack the common courtesy a business should have toward their clients.

Advanced Paralegal has been really good to me. They have assisted me when I was the most vulnerable. They clearly explained my options and the prices are VERY resonable. Give them a call and make an appointment for a consultation. They will make you feel very comfortable when you need it the most.
There is no need to pay the high price of an attorney when a paralegal service can take care of you!
