Denny is Latina — from the Dominican Republic — she grew up dancing to salsa/merengue/bachata — dancing, fitness and healthy living is her passion.

F-I-T with Denny operates out of a private intimate studio in Laurel MD for exceptional individual attention offering Zumba, F-I-T20 and F-I-TDrills.
Denny Pruitt (formerly Montas) — creator of F-I-T Now, dance and fitness instructor and healthy living enthusiast. Denny’s passion for dance developed at a young age; being of Latin descent, family gatherings always involved good food, music and dancing. Her love of dance plays an important part in Denny’s life. While living in NYC she danced the night away at The Palladium, The Copacabana and Limelight. During this time she developed her love for fitness. Denny established a five day routine which began at 6am and lasted for two hours. That schedule was abruptly halted due to a major car accident which confined her to a wheelchair for six months.
