McCalpin & Associates, LLC (RTM CPA), is a full service Certified Public Accounting firm with over fifteen years of industry expertise in audit, accounting, financial and business consulting services. Our experienced staff has provided client support to many organizations, including federal government agencies and small businesses in numerous industries. We believe in providing our clients with personal service specifically tailored to meeting their individual needs. Business Owner
DM has over 18+ years of professional accounting experience in both private and public accounting. She earned her Master’s in Accounting and Finance and her Bachelor of Science in Accounting at the University of Maryland. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the States of Maryland, Virginia and the District of Columbia. She is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA) and the Virginia Society of CPAs (VSCPA). DM is also a Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) and is a member of the Association of Government Accountants.
In the past, DM served as Senior Manager at a mid-size public accounting firm and as Manager for a national public accounting firm in Bethesda, MD where she was responsible for all aspects of audit and accounting engagements where she conducted financial statement audits in accordance with GAAP.
