Parke Laurel Apartments

I would definitely recommend NEVER MOVING HERE…
Worst place I have ever stayed. Park Laurel is the most poorly mismanaged apartment complex. The rent is way to high for such little space, the washer & dryer are smaller than an apartment size washer & dryer, I saw the maintenance staff in my apartment more than I saw own neighbors, the heating & air conditioning unit are not even sufficient size to heat or cool the whole apartment, in the summer time we burned up & winter time we froze, the front office staff lied constantly about correcting the issues we had in our apartment, we also had a bad water leak in our bedroom which took them over 3 weeks to correct properly & they still never really corrected the issue, the nails in the ceiling also started to come out & Crack the dry wall & their solution was to hammer them back up & paint over the cracks in the dry wall??? The list can actually go on even longer but this should be enough to Warn anyone who is thinking of moving here to Please find any other place to move you will Regret it.

Also update the all-​in-​one washers. They don’t dry with heat, they use steam. PLUS the w/​d unit operates on the same power switch as the dishwasher. If they take it out plan to lose cabinet space. There are only currently 6 cabinets.
